製造された微小球体は蒸留水で数回洗浄した後、凍結乾燥した。
Claims (7)
- 1)生理活性物質と生分解性高分子を混合した1次エマルジョンを、ゾル−ゲル転移(sol−gel transition)の性質を有し、メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース(HPMC)、エチルヒドロキシエチルセルロース(EHEC)、キシルグルカン、キトサン、ポリ(N-イソプロピルアミド)(PNIPAM)、ポリ(N-イソプロピルアミド-コ-アクリル酸) 、ポロクサマー(PEO-PPO-PEO)、ポロクサマー-g-PAA、PAA-g-ポロクサマー、PEO-PLGA-PEO 、及びポリビニルアルコールからなる群から選択される高分子が溶解した水性媒質に投入して2次エマルジョンを形成する工程(工程1)と、
2)前記2次エマルジョンに対してゲル化反応を進行させる工程(工程2)
とを含む生分解性高分子内に生理活性物質が封入された微小球体の製造方法。 - 前記工程2)以後に、残留溶媒及び水性媒質を除去して微小球体を回収する工程(工程3)をさらに含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記生理活性物質が、LHRH(黄体形成ホルモン放出ホルモン)同族体、ペプチド、及びそれらの塩からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つ以上のものである、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記生理活性物質が、ゴセレリン、酢酸ロイプロリド、トリプトレリン、ブセルリン、ナファレリン、セトロレリクス、及びアルジサイドからなる群から選択されるいずれか一つ以上のものである、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記1次エマルジョンが、前記生分解性高分子を塩化メチレン、クロロホルム、アセトニトリル、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジメチルホルムアミド、及び酢酸エチルからなる群から選択されるいずれか一つ以上の溶媒に溶解して製造するものである、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記生分解性高分子が、ポリラクチド、ポリグロコライド、及びポリ(ラクチド−コ−グリコリド)からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つ以上のものである、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記工程3)の残留溶媒及び水性媒質の除去が、0〜0.99 Torrの範囲の真空下で残留溶媒及び水性媒質を蒸発させることによって行われる、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
