Claims (7)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部空間部に設けられるステータと、
前記ステータの内部に配置され、回転軸と共に回転するマグネットと、
前記ハウジングの内部に固設され、前記マグネットの回転によって磁化信号を出力する第1磁気素子が設けられる印刷回路基板と、
前記ハウジングに突出形成される少なくとも一つ以上の固定ボスと、
前記固定ボスと対応する位置に貫通形成される少なくとも一つ以上の通孔を有し、前記マグネットの磁気フラックスをガイドして磁場を集中するコレクタと、を含み、
前記固定ボスは、前記通孔を貫通し、
前記固定ボスは、前記コレクタを前記ハウジングの内面に密着固定するヘッドを含むことを特徴とするトルクセンサ。 - 前記コレクタは、複数個の通孔を有する、請求項1に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記コレクタは、前記第1磁気素子を中心に2個が一対となって、前記ハウジングの内部に上下対称に位置する、請求項1に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記コレクタは、一側端が前記第1磁気素子と接触される、請求項1に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記印刷回路基板は、前記回転軸に設けられるインデックスマグネットを感知する第2磁気素子、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記通孔は、前記コレクタの重心を基準に一対が互いに対称になるように形成される、請求項2に記載のトルクセンサ。
- 前記通孔は、前記コレクタと前記ハウジングの面接触部分に形成される、請求項2に記載のトルクセンサ。
