Description
以下、本発明に係る空気調和機の室外機の実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、以下に説明する実施形態によって本発明が限定されるものではない。また、以下の図面では各構成部材の大きさの関係が実際のものとは異なる場合がある。図1は本発明の実施形態1による空気調和機の熱源側ユニットを示す斜視透視図、図2は本発明の実施形態1による空気調和機の一例を示す冷媒回路図である。
図7は本発明の実施形態2による空気調和機の冷媒回路図であり、図7を参照して空気調和機100について説明する。なお、図7の空気調和機100において図2の空気調和機1と同一の構成を有する部位には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。図7の空気調和機100が図2の空気調和機1と異なる点は、熱源側主熱交換器30Aから流出する冷媒の出口温度T1〜T3に基づいて冷媒の分配が不均一であるか否かを判定する点である。
図10は本発明の実施形態3による空気調和機の冷媒回路図であり、図10を参照して空気調和機200について説明する。なお、図10の空気調和機200において図7の空気調和機100と同一の構成を有する部位には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。図10の空気調和機200が図7の空気調和機100と異なる点は、送風量の増加によっては分配の不均一が改善されない場合、さらに乾き度Xを上昇させる制御を行う点である。
図11は本発明の実施形態4による空気調和機の冷媒回路図であり、図11を参照して空気調和機300について説明する。なお、図11の空気調和機300において図10の空気調和機200と同一の構成を有する部位には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。図11の空気調和機300が図10の空気調和機200と異なる点は、送風ユニット40は1つの第1送風機40Aから構成されているとともに、風路閉塞用のシャッター341を設ける点である。
図12は本発明の実施形態5による空気調和機の冷媒回路図であり、図12を参照して空気調和機400について説明する。なお、図12の空気調和機400において図7の空気調和機100と同一の構成を有する部位には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。図12の空気調和機400が図7の空気調和機100と異なる点は、気液分離器410を有する点及び気液分離器410の機能の停止により乾き度Xを制御する点である。なお、図12において、送風ユニット40は1つの第1送風機40Aから構成されている。
図13は本発明の実施形態6による空気調和機の冷媒回路図であり、図13を参照して空気調和機500について説明する。なお、図13の空気調和機500において図12の空気調和機400と同一の構成を有する部位には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。図13の空気調和機500が図12の空気調和機400と異なる点は、気液分離器410の制御とともに、送風ユニット40による風量制御を行う点である。なお、図13の送風ユニット40は複数の第1送風機40A及び第2送風機40Bを有している。
図14は本発明の実施形態7による空気調和機の冷媒回路図であり、図14を参照して空気調和機600について説明する。なお、図14の空気調和機において図7の空気調和機100と同一の構成を有する部位には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。図14の空気調和機600が図7の空気調和機100と異なる点は、制御装置670が熱源側主熱交換器30Aから流出する冷媒の出口温度T1〜T3に基づいて冷媒の分配が不均一であるか否かを判定する点である。
図17は本発明の実施形態8による空気調和機の熱源側ユニットを示す斜視透視図、図18は本発明の実施形態8による空気調和機の一例を示す冷媒回路図である。なお、図17及び図18の空気調和機700において図7の空気調和機100と同一の構成を有する部位には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。図17及び図18の空気調和機700が図7の空気調和機100と異なる点は、熱源側熱交換器730の構成である。
図27は本発明の実施形態9による空気調和機の冷媒回路図、図28は図27の空気調和機800におけるP−Hサイクル線図の一例を示すグラフであり、図27及び図28を参照して空気調和機800について説明する。なお、図27の空気調和機において図18の空気調和機700と同一の構成を有する部位には同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。図27の空気調和機800が図27の空気調和機700と異なる点は、熱源側主熱交換器730Aにおける冷媒の出口温度T71〜T73及び中途温度T81〜T83に基づいて冷媒の分配が不均一であるか否かを判定する点である。

- 圧縮機と流路切替器と熱源側熱交換器と絞り装置と利用側熱交換器とを順に接続した冷凍サイクルを有し、前記熱源側熱交換器は、前記流路切替器に接続された複数の冷媒入口と複数の冷媒出口とを備えた複数の伝熱管を有する熱源側主熱交換器と、前記熱源側主熱交換器と一体に形成され、前記熱源側主熱交換器の冷媒出口及び前記絞り装置に接続された冷媒流路を有する熱源側副熱交換器とを備えた空気調和機であって、
前記熱源側熱交換器に送風する送風ユニットと、
前記熱源側主熱交換器の前記複数の冷媒入口に接続され、前記熱源側主熱交換器が蒸発器として機能している際に、前記熱源側副熱交換器側から流入する冷媒を前記熱源側主熱交換器の前記複数の伝熱管へ分配するヘッダ型分配器と、
前記圧縮機と前記熱源側副熱交換器との間に設けられた気液分離器と、
前記気液分離器から前記熱源側副熱交換器へ流入されるガス冷媒の量を制御する制御弁と、

前記熱源側主熱交換器の1つの伝熱管の冷媒入口と、前記熱源側主熱交換器の冷媒出口と、前記熱源側主熱交換器内の流路の中途部位との少なくとも3点以上の温度を検知する複数の温度センサを備える請求項1に記載の空気調和機。 - 圧縮機と流路切替器と熱源側熱交換器と絞り装置と利用側熱交換器とを順に接続した冷凍サイクルを有し、前記熱源側熱交換器は、前記流路切替器に接続された複数の冷媒入口と複数の冷媒出口とを備えた複数の伝熱管を有する熱源側主熱交換器と、前記熱源側主熱交換器と一体に形成され、前記熱源側主熱交換器の冷媒出口及び前記絞り装置に接続された冷媒流路を有する熱源側副熱交換器とを備えた空気調和機であって、
前記熱源側熱交換器に送風する送風ユニットと、
前記熱源側主熱交換器の前記複数の冷媒入口に接続され、前記熱源側主熱交換器が蒸発器として機能している際に、前記熱源側副熱交換器側から流入する冷媒を前記熱源側主熱交換器の前記複数の伝熱管へ分配するヘッダ型分配器と、
前記熱源側副熱交換器から流出する冷媒の乾き度を変化させるように、前記ヘッダ型分配器における冷媒の分配を制御する制御装置と
を有し、
前記送風ユニットは、前記熱源側主熱交換器に送風を行う第1送風機と、前記熱源側副熱交換器に送風を行う第2送風機とを備えたものであり、
前記制御装置は、前記送風ユニットにおける前記第2送風機の回転数を増加させるものである空気調和機。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1送風機と前記第2送風機との回転数の和が一定になるように、前記第1送風機及び前記第2送風機の回転数を制御するものである請求項3に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第2送風機の回転の増加後であっても分配の不均一が解消されないと判定された場合、前記第1送風機の運転を停止させるように制御するものである請求項3又は4に記載の空気調和機。
