Description
前記超音波加工装置はさらに、超音波発生装置に関する複数の発生装置データ、特に電圧U、電流I、振幅の実際値Aist、及び/又は発生装置のパワー実際値Pistを、超音波発生装置内で処理できるように、超音波発生装置の信号処理に組込まれた制御/調節モジュール、好ましくはデジタル制御/調節モジュールを備え、
前記超音波加工装置は、
a)制御/調節モジュール内の間隙調節装置によって、超音波発生装置のパワー実際値Pistをパワー目標値Psollと比較可能であり、それにより、超音波発生装置のパワー目標値Psollを調節するために、ロールに対するソノトロードの位置目標値POSsollを特定及び調節し、及び/又は
b)制御/調節モジュール内の振幅調節装置によって、超音波発生装置のパワー実際値Pistをパワー目標値Psollと比較可能であり、それにより、超音波発生装置のパワー目標値Psollを調節するために、振幅目標値Asollを超音波発生装置に特定し、
カウンターツール若しくはソノトロードの平坦ではない周面は、少なくとも一つの検出可能な輪郭部を有し、該輪郭部は、時間に対してプロットした複数の発生装置データからなる少なくとも一つのデータセットにおいて、カウンターツール若しくはソノトロードの回転によって、時間的に周期的に繰り返す少なくとも一つのパターンを作り出し、それにより、制御/調節モジュール内において、カウンターツールに外部センサを設けることなく、制御/調節モジュールのシステム時間に基づいて、カウンターツールの角速度が決定可能である。
前記超音波加工方法は、
a)回動可能に配置されたカウンターツール若しくは回動可能に配置されたソノトロードの角速度を測定する工程、
b)複数の発生装置データからなる少なくとも一つのデータセットを検出する工程、及び
c)間隙調節装置によって、超音波発生装置のパワー実際値Pistをパワー目標値Psollと比較し、カウンターツールに対するソノトロードの位置目標値POSsollを特定する工程、及び/又は
d)超音波発生装置のパワー実際値Pistをパワー目標値Psollと比較し、超音波発生装置のパワー目標値Psollを調節するために、超音波発生装置において振幅目標値を特定する工程を含み、さらに、
e.複数回にわたるロールの回転について、複数の発生装置データからなる少なくとも一つのデータセットを検出する工程、
f.外部センサなしで、ロールの角速度を決定できるように、制御/調節モジュールのシステム時間に基づいて、時間に対してプロットした複数の発生装置データからなる少なくとも一つのデータセットにおいて、時間的に周期的に生じるパターンを評価する工程、及び
g.前記角速度を間隙調節装置及び/又は振幅調節装置へと送信する工程
を含む。
図1は、超音波加工装置1の基本構造を示す。この超音波加工装置1は、超音波発生装置10、変換器22、ブースター24、直線的に移動可能なソノトロード26、カウンターツールとしてのロール若しくはアンビル30を備え、ソノトロード26とロール30との間には間隙29が形成されている。

Claims (17)
- 超音波加工装置であって、
超音波発生装置と、変換器と、対抗配置されたカウンターツールを有する少なくとも一つのソノトロードとを備え、該ソノトロードとカウンターツールとは間隙によって離隔しており、 前記ソノトロード若しくはカウンターツールは、回動可能に配置され、平坦ではない周面を有し、
前記超音波加工装置はさらに、超音波発生装置に関する複数の発生装置データ、特に電圧U、電流I、振幅の実際値Aist、及び/又は発生装置のパワー実際値Pistを、超音波発生装置内で処理できるように、超音波発生装置の信号処理に組込まれた制御/調節モジュール、好ましくはデジタル制御/調節モジュールを備え、
前記超音波加工装置は、
a.制御/調節モジュール内の間隙調節装置によって、超音波発生装置のパワー実際値Pistをパワー目標値Psollと比較可能であり、それにより、超音波発生装置のパワー目標値Psollを調節するために、カウンターツールに対するソノトロードの位置目標値POSsollを特定し、及び/又は
b.振幅調節装置によって、超音波発生装置のパワー実際値Pistをパワー目標値Psollと比較可能であり、それにより、超音波発生装置のパワー目標値Psollを調節するために、振幅目標値Asollを超音波発生装置に特定し、
カウンターツール若しくはソノトロードの平坦ではない周面は、少なくとも一つの検出可能な輪郭部を有し、該輪郭部は、時間に対してプロットした複数の発生装置データからなる少なくとも一つのデータセットにおいて、カウンターツール若しくはソノトロードの回転によって、時間的に周期的に繰り返す少なくとも一つのパターンを作り出し、それにより、制御/調節モジュール内において、カウンターツールに外部センサを設けることなく、制御/調節モジュールのシステム時間に基づいて、カウンターツールの角速度が決定可能である、超音波加工装置。 - 前記カウンターツールがロールであり、前記ソノトロードが該ロールに対して調節可能に配置され、それにより、ロールに対する間隙を規定するソノトロードの位置目標値POSsollが、位置センサによって検出可能であり、アクチュエータによって調節可能である、請求項1に記載の超音波加工装置。
- 振幅調節装置がデジタル動作し、それにより、制御/調節モジュール内で、超音波発生装置のパワー実際値Pistを調節可能である、請求項1又は2に記載の超音波加工装置。
- 間隙調節装置なしに、前記振幅調節装置が設けられ、カウンターツールとソノトロードとの間の間隙幅を調節した状態で、振幅目標値を調節することにより、ソノトロードとカウンターツールとの距離が調節可能である、請求項3に記載の超音波加工装置。
- 超音波加工装置の操作中に、前記調節可能なソノトロード若しくは前記調節可能なカウンターツールを固定配置可能であり、それにより、位置センサによってソノトロード若しくはカウンターツールを電動配置する必要がない、請求項4に記載の超音波加工装置。
- 前記間隙調節装置及び前記振幅調節装置が組み合わせて使用され、それにより、ソノトロードの振幅調節と組み合わせた能動的間隙調節によって、超音波発生装置のパワー目標値Psollを調節する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の超音波加工装置。
- 時間的に周期的に繰り返すパターンにおける超音波加工装置の加工時間を、制御/調節モジュールによって認識可能であり、それにより、発生装置のパワー実際値Pist及び/又は振幅の実際値Aist及び/又は位置目標値POSsollの制御及び調節プロセスは、この加工時間中にのみ行われる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の超音波加工装置。
- 間隙調節装置は、制御/調節モジュールによる制御/調節介入に対する超音波加工装置の反応時間が50ms未満である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の超音波加工装置。
- 振幅調節装置は、制御/調節モジュールによる制御/調節介入に対する超音波加工装置の反応時間が10ms未満、好ましくは8ms未満、特に5ms未満である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の超音波加工装置。
- 超音波加工装置の超音波加工方法であって、
該超音波加工装置は、超音波発生装置と、変換器と、対抗配置されたカウンターツールを有する少なくとも一つのソノトロードとを備え、該ソノトロードとカウンターツールとは間隙によって離隔しており、 前記ソノトロード若しくはカウンターツールは、回動可能に配置され、少なくとも一つの検出可能な輪郭部を有する平坦ではない周面を有し、前記超音波加工装置はさらに、超音波発生装置に関する複数の発生装置データ、特に電圧U、電流I、振幅の実際値Aist、及び/又は発生装置のパワー実際値Pistを、超音波発生装置内で処理できるように、超音波発生装置の信号処理に組込まれた制御/調節モジュール、好ましくはデジタル制御/調節モジュールを備え、
前記超音波加工方法は、
a.回動可能に配置されたカウンターツール若しくは回動可能に配置されたソノトロードの角速度を測定する工程(工程I)、
b.複数の発生装置データからなる少なくとも一つのデータセットを検出する工程(工程II)、及び
c.間隙調節装置によって、超音波発生装置のパワー実際値Pistをパワー目標値Psollと比較し、カウンターツールに対するソノトロードの位置目標値POSsollを特定する工程、及び/又は
d.超音波発生装置のパワー実際値Pistをパワー目標値Psollと比較し、超音波発生装置のパワー目標値Psollを調節するために、超音波発生装置において振幅目標値を特定する工程
を含み、
さらに、
e.複数回にわたるロールの回転について、複数の発生装置データからなる少なくとも一つのデータセットを検出する工程、
f.外部センサなしで、ロールの角速度を決定できるように、制御/調節モジュールのシステム時間に基づいて、時間に対してプロットした複数の発生装置データからなる少なくとも一つのデータセットにおいて、時間的に周期的に生じるパターンを評価する工程、及び
g.前記角速度を間隙調節装置及び/又は振幅調節装置へと送信する工程
を含む、超音波加工装置の超音波加工方法。 - 前記周期的に生じるパターン中の時間範囲において加工時間を決定する工程、及び
該加工時間中にのみ、超音波発生装置のパワー実際値Pist及び/又は振幅の実際値Aist及び/又は位置目標値POSsollの評価及び/又は制御及び/又は調節プロセスを行う工程
をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の超音波加工方法。 - ソノトロードとロールとの間に固定間隙を規定する工程を含み、その場合にはアクチュエータを備える位置センサは不要であり、さらに
ソノトロードの振幅目標値Asollを調節することによって、超音波発生装置のパワー目標値Psollを調節する工程を含む、請求項10又は11に記載の超音波加工方法。 - 間隙調節装置と振幅調節装置との組み合わせによって、超音波発生装置のパワー目標値Psollを調節する工程を含み、超音波発生装置のパワー目標値Psollは、ソノトロードの振幅調節と組み合わせた能動的間隙調節によって調節可能である、請求項10又は11に記載の超音波加工方法。
- 振幅の予測的調節を行うために、振幅調節装置及び/又は位置調節装置に対して予備制御機能を先行させる工程をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の超音波加工方法。
- 時間的に周期的に生じるパターンに基づいて、超音波発生装置の加工時間を決定する工程、及び
材料ウェブの加工時において、補正変数におけるシステム関連のズレ若しくは干渉を予測できるように、決定された加工時間において、少なくとも一つの補正変数に予備制御機能を先行させる工程
を含む、請求項10に記載の超音波加工方法。 - 間隙調節装置は、制御/調節モジュールによる制御/調節介入に対する超音波加工装置の反応時間が50ms未満である、請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載の超音波加工方法。
- 振幅調節装置は、制御/調節モジュールによる制御/調節介入に対する超音波加工装置の反応時間が10ms未満、好ましくは8ms未満、特に5ms未満であり、請求項10〜16のいずれか1項に記載の超音波加工方法。
