Claims (2)
- 船舶に搭載した熱源からの熱を利用して、船舶に取り入れられる海水から淡水を製造する真空蒸発式造水装置において、
供給された原料海水を熱源からの熱により加熱して蒸気を生成する加熱器と、
前記加熱器で発生した蒸気が導入される密閉型の容器本体と、
前記容器本体内を減圧する減圧手段と、
複数の伝熱管を有し、前記容器本体内の蒸気を冷却用海水により冷却して淡水を生成する復水器と、
複数の伝熱管を有し、前記復水器から排出された冷却用海水の一部を前記容器本体内の蒸気により加熱して前記加熱器に原料海水として供給する予熱器と、を備え、
前記復水器および前記予熱器の少なくとも一方の前記各伝熱管は、内面または外面が凸凹加工されており、
前記減圧手段は、海水にて駆動される水エゼクタであり、
前記水エゼクタに駆動用海水を供給するためのエゼクタポンプをさらに備え、
前記エゼクタポンプは、前記復水器から排出された冷却用海水の一部を昇圧して前記水エゼクタに供給するとともに前記予熱器に供給する真空蒸発式造水装置。 - 前記加熱器は、内部に原料海水を導入可能な複数の加熱管を有し、
前記各加熱管は、内面または外面が凸凹加工されている請求項1に記載の真空蒸発式造水装置。
