Claims (7)
- 被処理液を加熱して蒸気を生成する加熱器と、前記加熱器で生成された蒸気を凝縮する凝縮器とを備え、
前記加熱器は、容器本体の内部が仕切板により仕切られて複数の加熱室が形成された多重効用造水装置であって、
前記各加熱室は、それぞれ複数の伝熱管を備え、前記伝熱管の内部に導入した被処理液を、前記伝熱管の外部に導入した加熱用流体により加熱するように構成されており、
前段の前記加熱室には、温水を加熱用流体として導入し、
後段の前記加熱室には、温水での加熱により前段の前記加熱室で生成された被処理液の蒸気を、加熱用流体として導入する多重効用造水装置。 - 前記加熱器は、前記容器本体の開口部を密閉する閉塞板を備え、複数の前記伝熱管が、前記閉塞板を貫通するように配置されており、
前記閉塞板は、前記仕切板の端面に、ガスケットを介して連結具により着脱可能に固定されている請求項1に記載の多重効用造水装置。 - 前記加熱器に前記閉塞板を介して連結され、前記凝縮器を支持する筐体を更に備え、
前記筐体は、内部が隔壁により分割されて、前記各加熱室に対応する複数の気液分離室が形成されており、
前記隔壁は、端面がガスケットを介して前記連結具を覆うように配置されている請求項2に記載の多重効用造水装置。 - 前記仕切板を挟んで後段側の前記加熱室に配置され、前記仕切板を内部から補強する補強部材を備える請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の多重効用造水装置。
- 前記補強部材は、後段側の前記加熱室における加熱用流体の流れを分断するように配置されている請求項4に記載の多重効用造水装置。
- 前記容器本体の外周面に設けられた滞留部を更に備え、
前記滞留部は、内部が前記容器本体の側壁に形成された連通部を介して後段側の前記加熱室に連通しており、
前記滞留部に導入される加熱用流体が、前記容器本体の外周面に衝突するように構成されている請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の多重効用造水装置。 - 後段の前記加熱室に形成される加熱用流体の流路が、上流側から下流側に向けて徐々に狭くなるように構成されている請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の多重効用造水装置。
