Description

Claims (12)
- 配管のつなぎ目に形成したフェルール同士の突合せ部分の環状の当接面に挟み込まれる圧力解放装置であって、
膨張した中央破裂可能部及び前記膨張した中央破裂可能部を取り囲む外接フランジ部を含む金属製の逆作動ラプチャーディスクと、
前記外接フランジ部とほぼ同じ大きさのリング形状を有し、環状の内側ハブ、前記内側ハブから径方向に離れている外周部及び前記内側ハブから前記外周部まで伸びる1つ以上のコネクタ部を含み、前記内側ハブと前記外周部は、前記コネクタ部により互いが保持される同心のリング形状を有し、前記コネクタ部は前記内側ハブと前記外周部との間に配置される1つ以上の開口を形成するラプチャーディスク支持部材と、
環状のガスケットと
を備え、
前記環状のガスケットは、2つの層を備え、前記ラプチャーディスク及び前記支持部材は、前記環状のガスケットの2つの層の間に挟みこまれ、
前記ラプチャーディスクは、前記支持部材を前記外接フランジ部に軸方向に重ねられることにより支持され、前記外接フランジ部と前記支持部材とが、前記フェルール同士の突合せ部分の環状の当接面に挟み込まれて圧接されることを特徴とする圧力解放装置。 - 前記支持部材の内側ハブは、舌状部を備え、
前記舌状部は、前記支持部材の中央環に向かって内方に伸び、前記ラプチャーディスクと前記支持部材とが互いに接合されるとき、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央破裂可能部の凹状領域内にはまり込むように、前記支持部材の一面から形成され、前記中央破裂可能部の反転または開口時に前記ラプチャーディスクの蝶番部を支持するように形成される請求項1に記載の圧力解放装置。 - 前記1つ以上のコネクタ部は形状が略三角形の形状を有し、各コネクタ部は狭い頂部と対向基部を有し、各コネクタ部の前記頂部は前記内側ハブに接続され、各コネクタ部の前記基部は前記外周部に接続されている請求項1または2に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記1つ以上の開口は、前記内側ハブの外側の前記支持部材にほぼ均一に配置されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記外周部は、切れ目のないリングを形成する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記外周部は、1つ以上の不連続な、弓状部を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記環状のガスケットは、その周囲が側壁で結合された2層からなり、前記側壁は、前記2層の間に前記ラプチャーディスク及び前記支持部材を収容するスリットを有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記環状のガスケットは、弾性材料からなる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記外接フランジ部は、前記1つ以上の開口の上に重なる1つ以上のエンボス加工された部分を持つ請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記1つ以上のエンボス加工された部分は、前記支持部材の前記1以上の開口に対応する部分のパターンでエンボス加工され、前記1つ以上の開口内にそれぞれ収容される隆起面を持つ請求項9に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記支持部材の内側ハブは、歯状部を備え、
前記歯状部は、前記ラプチャーディスクの前記中央破裂可能部の凹状領域に向かって外側に湾曲し、
前記中央破裂可能部が反転すると、前記歯状部が前記ラプチャーディスクに係合する請求項1〜10のいずれ1項に記載の圧力解放装置。 - 前記圧力解放装置は、前記配管のつなぎ目に形成した前記フェルール同士の突き合わせ部分の外周を覆うことができる凹溝を備えるクランプにより、前記フェルール同士の突合せ部分の環状の当接面に挟み込まれるものであり、
前記ラプチャーディスクの前記外接フランジ部と前記支持部材とが、前記フェルール同士の突合せ部分の環状の当接面に挟み込まれ、前記クランプにより圧接されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の圧力解放装置。
