Abstract
Description

Claims (22)
- 破裂可能部及び外接フランジ部を含むラプチャーディスクと、

を備える圧力解放装置。 - 前記ラプチャーディスクは、中央膨張部を有する請求項1に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクは、逆作動ラプチャーディスクである請求項2に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記支持部材の内側ハブは、ハブの内方に向かって伸び、それの開口時に前記ラプチャーディスクの蝶番部を支持するように形成される舌状部を含む請求項1に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記1つ以上のコネクタ部は形状が略三角形の形状を有し、各コネクタ部は狭い頂部と対向基部を有し、各コネクタ部の前記頂部は前記内側ハブに接続され、各コネクタ部の前記基部は前記外周部に接続されている請求項1に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記1つ以上の解放領域は、前記内側ハブの外側の前記支持部材にほぼ均一に配置されている請求項1に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記外周部は、切れ目のないリングを形成する請求項1に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記外周部は、1つ以上の不連続な、弓状部を含む請求項1に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記圧力解放装置は、さらに2層環状ガスケットを備え、前記ラプチャーディスク及び前記支持部材は、前記ガスケットの2層の間に収容されている請求項1に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクは、中央破裂可能部及び外接フランジ部を有し、前記フランジ部は、前記1つ以上の解放領域の上に重なる1つ以上のエンボス加工された部分を持つ請求項1に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 前記1つ以上のエンボス加工された部分は前記1つ以上の解放領域内に収容される浮き出した表面を持つ請求項10に記載の圧力解放装置。
- 周縁のフランジ部及び破裂可能な中央部を有するラプチャーディスクとともに使用するラプチャーディスク支持部材であって、前記支持部材及び前記ラプチャーディスクは、圧力解放装置ホルダに取り付ける前に、弾性を有する環状のガスケットの隣接する層の間に差し込み可能であり、前記支持部材は、
環状の内側ハブと、
前記内側ハブから径方向に離れている外周部と、
前記内側ハブと前記外周部との間に伸びる1つ以上のコネクタ部とを備え、前記1つ以上のコネクタ部は、前記内側ハブと前記外周部との間に配置される1つ以上の解放領域を形成し、前記1つ以上の解放領域は、前記解放装置ホルダに取り付けられた時に、前記弾性の環状のガスケットの各部を受けるラプチャーディスク支持部材。 - 前記内側ハブは、前記ハブの内方に向かって伸びる舌状部を備える請求項12に記載のラプチャーディスク支持部材。
- 前記1つ以上のコネクタ部分は略三角形の形状を有し、各コネクタ部は狭い頂部と対向基部を有し、各コネクタ部の前記頂部は前記内側ハブに接続され、各コネクタ部の前記基部は前記外周部に接続されている請求項12に記載のラプチャーディスク支持部材。
- 前記1つ以上の解放領域は、前記内側ハブの外側の前記支持部材にほぼ均一に配置されている請求項12に記載のラプチャーディスク支持部材。
- 前記外周部は、切れ目のないリングを形成する請求項12に記載のラプチャーディスク支持部材。
- 前記外周部は、1つ以上の不連続な、弓状部を含む請求項12に記載のラプチャーディスク支持部材。
- 中央破裂可能部及び外接フランジ部を備え、前記フランジ部は、その上にほぼ均一に分散される1つ以上のエンボス加工された部分を有するラプチャーディスク。
- 前記中央破裂可能部は、凹凸状の膨張部を有する請求項18に記載のラプチャーディスク。
- 前記ラプチャーディスクは、逆作動ラプチャーディスクである請求項19に記載のラプチャーディスク。
- 前記膨張部は、凹部に形成された線状に窪んだ開口を含む請求項20に記載のラプチャーディスク。
- 前記1つ以上のエンボス加工された部分は、1つ以上の三角形部分によって互いに分離され、前記三角形部分のそれぞれは、頂部及び対向する基部を備え、前記頂部が前記基部の内側に配置されている請求項18に記載のラプチャーディスク。
