Claims (2)
- 固体状の還元剤と、前記固体状の還元剤を貯蔵するコンテナと、前記固体状の還元剤が気体状の還元剤に変換されて供給される排気管と、前記排気管に備えられたSCR触媒とを含む固体SCRシステムであって、
前記排気管の外周を囲み、前記排気管を介して排出される排気ガスの廃熱を回収する排気熱回収装置と、
前記排気熱回収装置と連結し、回収された熱を前記固体状の還元剤に伝達する熱交換装置と、
前記排気熱回収装置に前記排気ガスが選択的に供給されるように前記排気管の内部に備えられ、前記排気管の下流側位置で回転することによって排気管を遮断又は開放する流量調節バルブと、を含み、
前記排気熱回収装置は、排気熱回収装置の長さ方向先端から後端に至る全てを囲み外部への熱移動を遮断するように排気熱回収装置の外側に備えられる断熱物質と、前記排気ガスを迂回させるように内部に備えられる隔壁と、を有し、
前記熱交換装置は、熱移送流体が循環する循環パイプと、前記循環パイプ上の熱移送流体を循環させるポンプと、前記熱移送流体によって移送される熱を放出する放熱フィンと、を有し、
前記隔壁は、前記流量調節バルブの回転中心となる前記排気管の長さ方向位置における排気管の外周から直線的に前記断熱物質側に向かって延びる流量調節バルブ側延設部分と、この流量調節バルブ側延設部分の延びた先端で略直角に屈曲して排気管の上流側方向である排気熱回収装置の長さ方向先端側方向に向かって延びる屈曲延設部分とからなり、
前記循環パイプは、前記隔壁の流量調節バルブ側延設部分よりも排気管下流側である前記断熱物質の後端側位置で断熱物質を貫通する断熱物質後端側貫通部分と、この断熱物質後端側貫通部分から前記排気管外周に向かって延び、続いて前記隔壁の流量調節バルブ側延設部分を貫通するように屈曲して前記隔壁の屈曲延設部分に沿って延び、続いて前記隔壁の屈曲延設部分よりも前記排気管の上流側方向位置で屈曲して前記断熱物質に向けて延びる排気熱回収装置内部分と、この排気熱回収装置内部分の延びた先端が前記断熱物質を貫通する断熱物質先端側貫通部分と、を有していることを特徴とする固体SCRシステム。
- 前記熱交換装置は、回収される熱を貯蔵できる蓄熱装置と連結することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体SCRシステム。
