Description
(a) ジイソシアナート、
(b) ポリエステルジオール及び
(c) ジヒドロキシカルボン酸及びジアミノカルボン酸から選択される少なくとも1つの二官能性カルボン酸
から構成されている。
a) ジイソシアナート、
b) ジオール、このうち、
b1) ジオール(b)の全体量に対して10〜100mol%は、ポリエステルジオールであり、かつ500〜5000g/molの分子量を有し、
b2) ジオール(b)の全体量に対して0〜90mol%は、60〜500g/molの分子量を有する、
c) ジヒドロキシカルボン酸及びジアミノカルボン酸から選択された、少なくとも1つの2官能性カルボン酸、
d) 任意に、アルコール性のヒドロキシル基、第1級もしくは第2級アミノ基又はイソシアナート基である反応性基を有する、他の、前記モノマー(a)〜(c)とは異なる多官能性の化合物及び
e) 任意に、アルコール性ヒドロキシル基、第1級もしくは第2級アミノ基又はイソシアナート基である反応性基を有する、前記モノマー(a)〜(d)とは異なる一官能性の化合物。
H2N−R4−NH−R5−X (c2)
[式中、R4及びR5は、互いに無関係に、C1〜C6−アルカンジイル単位、好ましくはエチレンを表し、XはCOOHを表す]に従う。式(c2)の特に好ましい化合物は、N−(2−アミノエチル)−2−アミノエタンカルボン酸又は相応するアルカリ金属塩であり、この場合、Naが対イオンとして特に好ましい。
i) 坪量30〜600g/m2、好ましくは40〜400g/m2、特に好ましくは50〜150g/m2の紙原材料、
ii) 1〜100μm、好ましくは5〜80μm、特に好ましくは10〜60μmの厚さの生物学的に崩壊可能なポリマー層。
実施例1
アジピン酸及びブタンジオール−1,4からなるポリエステルジオール(OH価=43.9)996.77g及びチタン酸テトラブチル(TBOT)0.13gを、アセトン260g中に溶かし、60℃に加熱し、トルイレンジイソシアナート46.2gと65℃で1時間反応させ;その後で、更にヘキサメチレンジイソシアナート44.6gを66℃で3.5時間反応させる。次いで、アセトン1040gで希釈し、50℃に冷却する。NCO含有率は、0.5%である。アミノエチルアミノプロピオン酸のナトリウム塩の40%の水溶液51.2gで15分間鎖長延長し、完全脱塩水1638gで分散させる。アセトンを真空中で43℃までの温度で留去し、40%の固体含有率に調節する。
1:1のアジピン酸とイソフタル酸の混合物及び1,6−ヘキサンジオールからなるポリエステルジオール(OH価:56)400gを、ジメチロールプロピオン酸20.1g及びアセトン150gと40℃で撹拌し、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアナート112gと90℃の外部温度で3時間反応させる。次いで、アセトン550gで希釈し、30℃に冷却する。NCO含有率は2%である。トリエチルアミン12gで中和し、イソホロンジアミン34gで鎖長延長する。次いで、完全脱塩水650gで分散させ、その後即座に、完全脱塩水100g中に溶かしたジエチレントリアミン8.2gを添加する。アセトンを真空中で42℃までの温度で留去する。
ポリプロピレンオキシドジオール(OH価56)801gを、ジメチロールプロピオン酸64.4g及びトルエンジイソシアナート153.3gとアセトン70g中で100℃で6時間反応させる。次いで、アセトン800gで希釈し、30℃に冷却する。NCO含有率は<0.2%である。これをNaOH(50%)8.64gと混合し、完全脱塩水50gで中和し、完全脱塩水650gで分散させる。アセトンを真空中で42℃までの温度で留去し、この分散液を固体含有率60%に調節する。
アジピン酸と1,6−ヘキサンジオール/ネオペンチルグリコール2:1とからなるポリエステルジオール(OH価=57)510gを、真空中で外側温度120℃で脱水し、窒素雰囲気下で塩化ベンゾイル0.6g及びヘキサメチレンジイソシアナート90.3gを添加し、内部温度115℃で30分間反応させる。アセトン1500gで希釈し、この場合50℃に冷却する。NCO含有率は、1%である。これを、アミノエチルアミノエタンスルホン酸のナトリウム塩の50%の水溶液29.08g、エチレンジアミン4.5g及び完全脱塩水60gからなる混合物で15分間鎖長延長し、完全脱塩水900gで15分間分散させる。アセトンを真空中で51℃までの温度で留去する。
実施例1による分散液に、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアナートを基礎とするイソシアヌラートを3質量%の量(使用した固体に対して7.5質量%に相当)で添加する。
実施例1及び4の分散液から、ガラスシャーレ中で60℃で乾燥することによりフィルムを製造した。このフィルムは直径4.5cm及び厚さ1mmを有する。このフィルムをコンポスト中に埋め込み、58℃でインキュベーションした。このフィルムを、規則的な間隔で視覚的に評価し、秤量した。

実施例4:質量:100%
3週間後:
実施例1:質量:約90%、粗く平坦でない表面、ほとんど孔だらけ、明らかに分解
実施例4:質量:約96%、表面は粗面化、極めて軽度に分解
6週間後:
実施例1:質量:約70%、極めて平坦でない表面、5mmまでの大きさの多くの孔を有する;極めて著しく分解
実施例4:質量:約93%;3週間後の評価と視覚的に差異はない。
生分解性に関する試験は、実施例1、2、3及び5の水性分散液について、ISO 14855 (2005)による放出された二酸化炭素の分析によって行った。パーセントで測定された生分解の程度は、CO2の形で放出されたガス状の炭素の、使用された材料の全炭素含有量に対する割合として定義される。この結果は、表1にまとめられている。
EN 13432(2000)の規格によると、包装材料は、最長で12週間の好気性コンポスト化の後に、2mm超の篩い分けで、試験材料の当初の乾燥質量の最大10%が見られる場合に、崩壊によって十分に分解可能である。
Claims (11)
- 生物学的に崩壊可能な複合フィルムを製造するための水性ポリウレタン分散液接着剤の使用であって、少なくとも1つの第1の基材を、水性ポリウレタン分散液接着剤の使用下で少なくとも1つの第2の基材と接着し、前記基材の少なくとも1つは、生物学的に崩壊可能なポリマーフィルムであり、
前記ポリウレタンは少なくとも60質量%が、
(a)少なくとも1つのジイソシアナート、
(b)少なくとも1つのポリエステルジオール及び
(c)ジヒドロキシカルボン酸及びジアミノカルボン酸から選択される少なくとも1つの二官能性カルボン酸、
から構成されており、
前記水性ポリウレタン分散液接着剤は生物学的に分解可能であり、
ここで、生物学的に崩壊可能とは、EN 13432(2000)の規格によって測定して、最長で12週間の好気性コンポスト化の後に、2mm超の篩い分けで、前記生物学的に崩壊可能な複合フィルム又は前記生物学的に崩壊可能なポリマーフィルムの試験当初の乾燥質量の最大で10%が見られることを意味し、及び
生物学的に分解可能とは、ISO 14855(2005)の規格によって測定して、20日後に、使用された材料の全炭素含有量に対するCO2の形で放出されたガス状の炭素の割合が、前記生物学的に分解可能な水性ポリウレタン分散液接着剤について、少なくとも30%であることを意味する、
前記水性ポリウレタン分散液接着剤の使用。 - 前記ポリウレタンは少なくとも80質量%が、少なくとも1つのポリエステルジオール(b)から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の使用。
- 少なくとも1つのポリエステルジオール(b)は少なくとも80質量%が、少なくとも1つの脂肪族ジカルボン酸及び少なくとも1つの脂肪族ジオールから構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の使用。
- 前記ポリウレタンが、
(a)少なくとも1つのジイソシアナート、
(b)少なくとも1つのジオール、前記ジオール(b)の内で、
(b1)前記ジオール(b)の全体量に対して10〜100mol%が、500〜5000g/molの分子量を有するポリエステルジオールであり、
(b2)前記ジオール(b)の全体量に対して0〜90mol%が、60〜500g/molの分子量を有し、
(c)ジヒドロキシカルボン酸及びジアミノカルボン酸から選択される少なくとも1つの二官能性カルボン酸、
(d)任意に、前記モノマー(a)〜(c)とは異なる、アルコール性ヒドロキシル基、第1級又は第2級アミノ基又はイソシアナート基である反応性基を有する他の多官能性の化合物及び
(e)任意に、前記モノマー(a)〜(d)とは異なる、アルコール性ヒドロキシル基、第1級又は第2級アミノ基又はイソシアナート基である反応性基を有する一官能性の化合物
から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の使用。 - 前記ポリウレタン分散液接着剤は少なくとも1つの外部架橋剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 前記架橋剤は、少なくとも2つのイソシアナート基を有する、ジイソシアナートから形成されたイソシアヌラート、少なくとも1つのカルボジイミド基を有する化合物、化学的にブロックされたイソシアナート、キャップされたイソシアナート、キャップされたウレトジオン、ビウレット、アロファナート、アジリジン、オキサゾリン、エポキシド及び前記物質の混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 第1の基材の材料は、リグニン、デンプン、セルロース材料、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸、脂肪族ポリエステル、脂肪族芳香族コポリエステル、ポリヒドロキシアルカノアート、ポリプロピレンカーボネート及び前記材料の混合物から選択され、かつ第2の基材の材料は、紙、リグニン、デンプン、セルロース材料、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸、脂肪族ポリエステル、脂肪族芳香族コポリエステル、ポリヒドロキシアルカノアート、ポリプロピレンカーボネート及び前記材料の混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 第1の基材の材料は紙であり、第2の基材の材料はポリ乳酸又はポリ乳酸と脂肪族芳香族コポリエステルとを有する混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- フレキシブルな包装材料の製造のための、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- ポリウレタンに関して請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の特徴を有する水性ポリウレタン分散液接着剤を準備し、少なくとも2つの基材を、前記水性ポリウレタン分散液接着剤の使用下で相互に接着し、前記基材の少なくとも一方が生物学的に崩壊可能なポリマーフィルムであることを特徴とする、複合フィルムの製造方法。
- 第1の基材を準備し、次に中間層として、ポリウレタンに関して請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の特徴を有する水性ポリウレタン分散液接着剤を塗工し、そして、前記中間層の上に、第2の基材である生物学的に崩壊可能なポリマーを押出被覆により塗工することを特徴とする、複合フィルムの製造方法。
