Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態の食材用マーキングペン(以下、マーキングペンと記す)1の構成を一部を破断して示す分解斜視図である。図2は、マーキングペン1の内部構造を示す断面図である。
ペン先3は、塗布液10が容易に含浸されうるように、例えば、フェルト等の繊維構造体等によって構成されている。ペン先3には、例えば、筆状の形態も含まれる。このようなペン先3は、毛細管現象によって塗布液10が浸透し易いため、マーキングが容易に行える。また、このようなペン先3は、食材の内部や使用者等を傷つけるおそれが少ないため、安全であり、かつ、手軽に取り扱うことができる。

Claims (9)
- 塗布液が充填されるタンクと、前記タンク内の前記塗布液が含浸されるペン先とを備え、
前記塗布液が、食材の表面を酸化させて変色させることを特徴とする食材用マーキングペン。 - 前記食材が、果実である請求項1記載の食材用マーキングペン。
- 前記塗布液は、透光性を有する請求項1記載の食材用マーキングペン。
- 前記塗布液は、酢酸を含有する請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の食材用マーキングペン。
- 前記塗布液は、食酢を含有する請求項3記載の食材用マーキングペン。
- 前記タンクには、前記塗布液を充填するための開口が設けられ、
前記開口を閉鎖するための栓体をさらに備える請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の食材用マーキングペン。 - 12℃以上の雰囲気温度で保管されている前記食材に用いられる請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の食材用マーキングペン。
- 食材のマーキング方法であって、前記食材の表面に、前記表面を酸化させて変色させる液体を塗布するステップを含むことを特徴とするマーキング方法。
- 前記食材が、果実である請求項1記載のマーキング方法。
