Description
容器に絶縁塗料を加えて塗料を配合する第1ステップと、
絶縁紙の基材を乾燥処理する第2ステップと、
処理後の絶縁紙の基材を絶縁塗料に浸し、絶縁紙の基材を絶縁塗料に完全に浸漬させる、或いは、絶縁塗料を絶縁紙の基材に吹き付けて、その表面を覆う第3ステップと、
絶縁紙の基材を取り出して、温度を制御することによりオーブン乾燥させ、絶縁塗料および絶縁紙の基材が硬化すると、当該オーブン乾燥ステップが加熱乾燥設備により完了する第4ステップと、を含む。
容器2に絶縁塗料3を加えて塗料を配合するステップ1と、
絶縁紙の基材1を乾燥処理するステップ2と、
処理後の絶縁紙の基材1を絶縁塗料3に浸し、絶縁紙の基材1を絶縁塗料3に完全に浸漬させる、或いは、塗料を吹き付ける方式で塗装を行うことを採用し、絶縁塗料3を絶縁紙の基材1に吹き付けてその表面を覆うステップ3と、
絶縁紙の基材1を取り出して、温度を制御することによりオーブン乾燥させ、絶縁塗料3および絶縁紙の基材1が硬化すると、当該オーブン乾燥ステップが加熱乾燥設備4により完了するステップ4と、を含む。

Claims (2)
- 厚さ0.045〜0.054mmで、破壊電圧0.68〜1.05kVで、電気強度12.83〜19.44kV/mmで、横方向の引張強さ25.7〜33.7N/10mmで、縦方向の引張強さ12.5〜20.2N/10mmである絶縁紙の含浸工程であって、
容器に絶縁塗料を加えて塗料を配合する第1ステップと、
前記絶縁紙の基材を乾燥処理する第2ステップと、
乾燥処理後の絶縁紙の基材を前記塗料に浸して当該基材の内部および表面に前記塗料を浸透させる第3ステップと、
塗料浸透後の絶縁紙の基材を取り出して、温度を制御することによりオーブン乾燥させ、前記塗料および当該絶縁紙の基材を硬化させる第4ステップとを有し、
前記絶縁塗料として、無溶剤型エポキシ樹脂塗料を使用し、
前記第4ステップ後の絶縁紙は、厚さ0.059〜0.069mmで、破壊電圧1.91〜2.39kVで、電気強度29.38〜34.64kV/mmで、横方向の引張強さ41.9〜43.5N/10mmで、縦方向の引張強さ16.5〜18.6N/10mmであることを特徴とする絶縁紙の含浸工程。 - 前記絶縁紙がアラミド紙であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁紙の含浸工程。
