Claims (15)
- 基板と、
前記基板の上に第1方向に配列された複数の第1電極セル、及び前記第1電極セルを前記第1方向に連結する複数の第1連結電極を含む第1ハイブリッド電極と、
前記基板の上に前記第1ハイブリッド電極と離隔され、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に配列され、前記第1連結電極の間に配置された複数の第2電極セル、及び前記第2電極セルを前記第2方向に連結する複数の第2連結電極を含む第2ハイブリッド電極と、を含み、
前記第1ハイブリッド電極は順次的に積層された第1下部透明膜及び第1金属膜を含み、
前記第2ハイブリッド電極は順次的に積層された第2下部透明膜及び第2金属膜を含み、
前記基板と前記第1ハイブリッド電極との間、及び前記基板と前記第2ハイブリッド電極との間の緩衝膜をさらに含むタッチスクリーンパネル。 - 前記第2連結電極は前記第1連結電極の上に延長する請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1金属膜は前記第2下部透明膜と直接接触する請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1下部透明膜及び前記第2下部透明膜は1.9〜2.65の屈折率を有する請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1下部透明膜は10〜30nmの厚さを有する請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第2下部透明膜は100〜300nmの厚さを有する請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1金属膜及び前記第2金属膜は銀又は銀合金を含む請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1金属膜及び前記第2金属膜は6〜12nmの厚さを有する請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1金属膜上の第1透明金属酸化膜と、
前記第2金属膜上の第2透明金属酸化膜と、をさらに含む請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。 - 前記第1透明金属酸化膜は前記第2下部透明膜と直接接触する請求項9に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1透明金属酸化膜及び前記第2透明金属酸化膜はITO、IZTO、IZO、AZO、又はGZOを含む請求項9に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1透明金属酸化膜及び前記第2透明金属酸化膜は30〜60nmの厚さを有する請求項11に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記緩衝膜は1.7〜2.65の屈折率を有し、6〜80nmの厚さを有する請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記緩衝膜は第1緩衝膜及び前記第1緩衝膜上の第2緩衝膜を含み、前記第1緩衝膜は前記第2緩衝膜より大きい屈折率を有する請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1ハイブリッド電極及び前記第2ハイブリッド電極上の光接着膜をさらに含む請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
