Claims (7)
- 像担持体の外周面に非接触で対向配置されるローラー本体を備え、
前記ローラー本体は、アルミニウムを含む金属からなる基体の外周面に形成され所定の熱処理によって定量のクラックが形成された酸化アルミニウム薄膜と、前記酸化アルミニウム薄膜の表面に形成された樹脂材料からなる導電性を有する樹脂コート層とを有し、
前記樹脂コート層は、1次粒子の粒子径が15nm〜30nmの酸化チタンを導電剤として含むナイロン樹脂からなり、100重量部の前記ナイロン樹脂に対して50〜150重量部の前記酸化チタンが含まれている現像ローラー。 - 前記酸化アルミニウム薄膜が形成された前記基体の表面抵抗Rxに対する前記ローラー本体の表面抵抗Ryの比率Ry/Rxは、1.0×10-3〜16.8の範囲内であることを満たす請求項1に記載の現像ローラー。
- 前記比率Ry/Rxは、1.0〜16.8の範囲内であることを満たす請求項2に記載の現像ローラー。
- 前記酸化アルミニウム薄膜は、陽極酸化処理によって形成されるアルマイト被膜である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の現像ローラー。
- 前記ローラー本体の外径は、12[mm]〜20[mm]の範囲内である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の現像ローラー。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の現像ローラーと、
トナー及び磁性キャリアからなる磁気ブラシによって前記現像ローラーの表面にトナー層を形成する磁気ローラーと、を備える現像装置。 - 請求項6に記載の現像装置を備える画像形成装置。
