Claims (6)
- 第1のロータ(1a)と第2のロータ(1b)とを有し、これらロータの一方が、その外周を所定の数の永久磁石(2b)によって周方向に全面的に覆われたインナロータを構成し、他方が、その内周を同じ数の永久磁石(2a)によって周方向に全面的に覆われたアウタロータを構成し、第1のロータ(1a)と第2のロータ(1b)の全ての個々の永久磁石(2a,2b)が、それぞれ同じ広がりの角度領域にわたって延在し、第1のロータ(1a)と第2のロータ(1b)のそれぞれ周方向に隣接する永久磁石(2a,2b)が、互いに反対の半径方向に整向された磁化方向を備える、回転運動を同期伝達するための永久磁石カップリングにおいて、
第1のロータ(1a)のそれぞれ少なくとも1つの永久磁石が、均等な角度間隔で省略され、これにより、周方向に、空気の渦流を発生させるための凹部を成す複数の空疎化されたスペース(5)が構成されていること、を特徴とする永久磁石カップリング。
- 第1のロータ(1a)の各スペース(5)にそれぞれ周方向に隣接する永久磁石が、反対の磁化方向を備え、各スペース(5)が、それぞれ、第1のロータ(1a)の2つの永久磁石の広がりに一致する角度領域にわたって延在すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- 第1のロータ(1a)の各スペース(5)にそれぞれ周方向に隣接する永久磁石が、同じ磁化方向を備え、各スペース(5)が、それぞれ、第1のロータ(1a)の1つの永久磁石の広がりに一致する角度領域にわたって延在すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- 第1のロータ(1a)の周方向に隣り合う2つのスペース(5)間に、互いに反対の磁化方向を有する2つの永久磁石(2a)が配設されていること、を特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- 第1のロータ(1a)が、インナロータを構成すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- 第1のロータ(1a)が、アウタロータを構成すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の永久磁石カップリング。
