Claims (9)
- 第1のロータ(1a)と第2のロータ(1b)とを有し、これらロータが、それぞれ永久磁石(2a,2b)によって覆われ、インナロータとアウタロータとを構成し、第1のロータ(1a)と第2のロータ(1b)の互いに対応する永久磁石(2a,2b)が、周方向に同じ角度領域に延在する、回転運動を同期伝達するための永久磁石カップリングにおいて、
第1のロータ(1a)に、永久磁石(2a)により全面的に覆うことから出発して、周方向に永久磁石(2a)の一部を省略することによって空疎化されたスペース(5)が構成されること、第1のロータ(1a)と第2のロータ(1b)が、異なった数の永久磁石を備えること、を特徴とする永久磁石カップリング。 - 第2のロータ(1b)が、周方向に永久磁石(2b)によって全面的に覆われていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- 第1のロータ(1a)の空疎化されたスペース(5)が、周囲に一様に配設されるように分配されていること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- 第2のロータ(1b)の周方向に連続する永久磁石(2b)が、それぞれ反対の磁化方向を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- 第1のロータ(1a)の周方向に連続する永久磁石(2a)が、それぞれ反対の磁化方向を備え、スペース(5)が、それぞれ、第1のロータ(1a)の2つの永久磁石(2a)の広がりに一致する角度領域にわたって延在すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- スペース(5)にそれぞれ隣接する永久磁石(2a)が、同じ磁化方向を備え、スペース(5)が、それぞれ、第1のロータ(1a)の1つの永久磁石(2a)の広がりに一致する角度領域にわたって延在すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- 第1のロータ(1a)の連続する2つのスペース(5)間に、それぞれ、反対の磁化方向を有する2つの永久磁石(2a)が配設されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- 第1のロータ(1a)が、インナロータを構成すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の永久磁石カップリング。
- 第1のロータ(1a)が、アウタロータを構成すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の永久磁石カップリング。
