Claims (7)
- ハウジングと、前記ハウジングの中に配置された2つのシートリングと、前記シートリングの間に配置されかつ操作装置によって前記シートリングと当接可能な2つのスライドプレートと、を有し、前記スライドプレート(12)は楔形を形成するようにプレートホルダ(11)に配置されているゲートバルブにおいて、
前記各スライドプレート(12)は、それぞれ他方の前記スライドプレート(12)に対向する側に凹部(28)を有し、該凹部の中にそれぞれ押圧片(22a,22b)が配置されており、前記各押圧片(22a,22b)は、それぞれ他方の前記押圧片に対向する側に切欠き(34,37)を有し、前記両方の切欠き(34,37)によって形成されるスペース(40)の中に、それぞれ第1のばね力および第1のばねたわみを有する複数の皿ばね(41)と、それぞれ第2のばね力および第2のばねたわみを有する複数の皿ばね(42)と、を含む皿ばねパッケージ(23)が格納され、前記第1のばね力は前記第2のばね力よりも大きく、前記第1のばねたわみは前記第2のばねたわみよりも小さいことを特徴とするゲートバルブ。 - 前記押圧片(22a,22b)は、それぞれ、湾曲面(30,32)と、前記湾曲面と反対側に位置した平坦面(31,33)とを備える実質的に球欠形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 前記スライドプレート(12)の各々に形成された前記凹部(28)は、前記各押圧片(22a,22b)の球欠形状と相補的に形成された形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 前記一方の押圧片(22b)の前記平坦面(33)に設けられた前記切欠き(34)の底面(35)から前記押圧片(22b)の前記湾曲面(32)に穴(36)が延び、前記他方の押圧片(22a)の前記平坦面(31)に設けられた前記切欠き(37)の底面(38)から前記押圧片(22b)の前記穴(36)の中にピン(39)が延びていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 前記より小さいばね力と前記より大きいばねたわみを備える前記皿ばね(42)の寸法はブロック状をなすまでクリープ挙動なしに圧縮可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 前記大きいばね力を備える前記皿ばね(41)の前記大きいばね力は前記ゲートバルブが完全に閉じた位置またはほぼ完全に閉じた位置にあるときにだけ前記シートリング(20)の端面に作用するように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のゲートバルブ。
- 前記皿ばね(41,42)の前記ばね力は前記シートに対する必要な面押圧力が流体入口側と流体出口側との間の小さい差圧で前記皿ばね力によって印加されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のゲートバルブ。
