Description

a)離型剤層、
b)任意にゲルコート層、
c)プラスチック材料で処理された繊維層、
d)任意にスペーサー層、
e)プラスチック材料を含む繊維層、
f)任意にプラスチックフィルム
を有する層状構造物から少なくとも部分的になる外側ケーシングを有する、本発明の風力発電プラント用回転翼の製造方法であって、繊維層を、プラスチック材料としてのポリウレタンを調製するための反応混合物で処理することを特徴とする方法も提供する。
a)離型剤層、
b)任意にゲルコート層、
c)プラスチック材料で処理された繊維層、
d)任意にスペーサー層、
e)プラスチック材料を含む繊維層、
f)任意にプラスチックフィルム
を有し、プラスチック材料としてポリウレタンが使用されていることを特徴とする使用も提供する。
70gのBaygal(登録商標) K 55(Bayer MaterialScience AG製のポリエーテルポリオール;OH価:385±15mgKOH/g;25℃での粘度:600±50mPas)を、65.3gのBaymidur(登録商標) K 88(Bayer MaterialScience AGの製品、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートとポリフェニレンポリメチレンポリイソシアネートの混合物;NCO含量:31.5±0.5重量%;25℃での粘度:90±20mPas)と一緒に室温で撹拌し、減圧下で脱気した。この溶液をシート型に注入し、室温で1時間保管した。次いで試料を80℃でベークした。ゲル化時間は約70分、脱型時間は2時間であった。
試験片は、76ショアD硬度を有していた。
成分を混合してから30分後の25℃での粘度は、1540mPasであった。
70gのBaygal(登録商標) K 55(Bayer MaterialScience AG製のポリエーテルポリオール;OH価:385±15mgKOH/g;25℃での粘度:600±50mPas)を、63gのBaymidur(登録商標) VP.KU 3-5009(Bayer MaterialScience AGの製品、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートとポリフェニレンポリメチレンポリイソシアネートの混合物;NCO含量:31.5〜33.5重量%;25℃での粘度:15〜30mPas)と一緒に室温で撹拌し、減圧下で脱気した。この溶液をシート型に注入し、室温で1時間保管した。次いで試料を80℃でベークした。脱型時間は2時間であった。
試験片は、76ショアD硬度を有していた。
成分を混合してから30分後の25℃での粘度は、974mPasであった。
180gのLarit RIM 135(L-135i)注入樹脂(Lange+Ritterの製品)を、60gのLarit RIMH 137硬化剤(Lange+Ritterの製品)と一緒に室温で撹拌し、減圧下で脱気した。この溶液をシート型に注入し、室温で1時間保管した。次いで試料を80℃でベークした。脱型時間は12時間であった。
試験片は、76ショアD硬度を有していた。
Claims (7)
- 風力発電プラント用回転翼の製造における真空補助樹脂トランスファー成形法により製造された層状構造物の使用であって、層状構造物が、
a)離型剤層、
b)任意にゲルコート層、
c)プラスチック材料で処理された繊維層、
d)任意にスペーサー層、
e)プラスチック材料を含む繊維層、
f)任意にプラスチックフィルム
を有し、プラスチック材料としてポリウレタンが使用されていることを特徴とする使用。 - 前記回転翼が、前記層状構造物から少なくとも部分的になるケーシングを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の使用であって、
前記繊維層を、前記プラスチック材料としてのポリウレタンを調製するための反応混合物で処理することを特徴とする使用。 - 前記反応混合物が、イソシアネートとして、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートおよび/または25重量%超のNCO含量を有するポリフェニレンポリメチレンポリイソシアネートを含有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記反応混合物が、イソシアネートに対して反応性である少なくとも2個の水素原子を有する化合物として、OH基の少なくとも60%が第二級OH基であり、200〜1830mgKOH/gのOH価を有するポリエーテルポリオールを含有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記反応混合物を、20〜80℃の温度で前記繊維層に適用することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記反応混合物を、40〜160℃の温度で硬化することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の使用。
- 前記反応混合物が、混合してから30分後に、5000mPas以下の粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の使用。
