Description
ポリエステル布帛の表面に鉛めっき膜を形成してなる放射能防護服用布帛の製造方法であって、
前記ポリエステル布帛を20〜90℃の範囲内に保たれた0.1mol/L〜10mol/Lのアルカリ性溶液に浸漬することによりポリエステル布帛の表面を粗化する工程と、
前記粗化されたポリエステル布帛の表面に電位を付与した後に金属化合物触媒が含まれた溶液に1〜3分間浸漬することにより前記ポリエステル布帛の表面に金属化合物触媒を吸着させる工程と、
前記金属化合物触媒が吸着したポリエステル布帛を、活性化剤を含む溶液に1〜3分間浸漬して前記金属化合物触媒を金属化させ、前記ポリエステル布帛の表面に第1の金属膜を形成する工程と、
前記第1の金属膜を置換めっきして第2の金属膜を形成する工程と、
前記第2の金属膜の上にPb(BF 4 ) 2 、HBF 4 、及び、H 3 BO 4 を配合した鉛めっき液を用いて鉛めっき膜を形成する工程と、
を含む。
また、前記ポリエステル布帛の表面を粗化する工程は、ポリエステル布帛を40℃±5℃の範囲内に保たれた0.1mol/L〜10mol/Lの水酸化カリウム溶液に1〜3分間浸漬させた後に引き上げて水洗する工程であることが好ましい。
また、前記無電解めっきは無電解銅めっき液の温度を20〜60℃に制御して行うことが好ましい。
本発明の実施の形態に係る鉛めっき膜の形成方法は、基本的には、絶縁性基材の表面を粗化する工程と、粗化した絶縁性基材の表面に触媒を吸着させる工程と、触媒を金属化して絶縁性基材の表面に金属膜を形成する工程と、金属膜の上に鉛めっき膜を形成する工程とからなる。

Claims (8)
- ポリエステル布帛の表面に鉛めっき膜を形成してなる放射能防護服用布帛の製造方法であって、
前記ポリエステル布帛を20〜90℃の範囲内に保たれた0.1mol/L〜10mol/Lのアルカリ性溶液に浸漬することによりポリエステル布帛の表面を粗化する工程と、
前記粗化されたポリエステル布帛の表面に電位を付与した後に金属化合物触媒が含まれた溶液に1〜3分間浸漬することにより前記ポリエステル布帛の表面に金属化合物触媒を吸着させる工程と、
前記金属化合物触媒が吸着したポリエステル布帛を、活性化剤を含む溶液に1〜3分間浸漬して前記金属化合物触媒を金属化させ、前記ポリエステル布帛の表面に第1の金属膜を形成する工程と、
前記第1の金属膜を置換めっきして第2の金属膜を形成する工程と、
前記第2の金属膜の上にPb(BF 4 ) 2 、HBF 4 、及び、H 3 BO 4 を配合した鉛めっき液を用いて鉛めっき膜を形成する工程と、
を含む、放射能防護服用布帛の製造方法。 - 前記ポリエステル布帛の表面を粗化する工程の前に、前記ポリエステル布帛の表面の汚れを除去する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の放射能防護服用布帛の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエステル布帛の表面を粗化する工程は、ポリエステル布帛を40℃±5℃の範囲内に保たれた0.1mol/L〜10mol/Lの水酸化カリウム溶液に1〜3分間浸漬させた後に引き上げて水洗する工程である請求項1又は2に記載の放射能防護服用布帛の製造方法。
- 前記第2の金属膜は銅を含有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の放射能防護服用布帛の製造方法。
- 前記第1の金属膜を置換めっきして第2の金属膜を形成する工程はポリエステル布帛を無電解銅めっき液に浸漬する無電解めっきによる請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の放射能防護服用布帛の製造方法。
- 前記無電解めっきは無電解銅めっき液の温度を20〜60℃に制御して行う請求項5に記載の放射能防護服用布帛の製造方法。
- 前記金属化合物触媒はパラジウム化合物である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の放射能防護服用布帛の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエステル布帛はポリエステル100%の布帛である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の放射能防護服用布帛の製造方法。
