Description
外装体と、該外装体から外部に露出する露出面を有する外部端子と、外装体の内部に配置され、前記外部端子に接続される集電体と、外装体の内部に配置され、前記集電体に接続される電極体と、を備えた蓄電素子であって、
前記外装体は略直方体形状であり、その一の面を構成する蓋体と、それ以外の面を構成する蓄電素子容器とからなり、
前記電極体は、シート状の正極及び負極をセパレータを介して扁平状に巻回してなり、前記蓄電素子容器内に、巻回により得られる湾曲部が蓋体側と、底面側とに位置するように収容され、
前記蓋体は、少なくとも前記電極体の湾曲部の蓋体側に最も突出する位置に対して前記蓋体の幅方向にずれた位置で、前記電極体との間に形成される隙間に開口する注液部を有するものである。
前記蓋体の注液部は、前記いずれかの電極体の湾曲部との間に形成される隙間に開口するように形成されるのが好ましい。
前記蓋体の係合受部には、前記集電体の接続受部を配置可能であるのが好ましい。
一方、正極外部端子29は、全体がアルミニウム製で、平板部30と軸部31とが一体的に形成されている。

Claims (8)
- 外装体と、該外装体から外部に露出する露出面を有する外部端子と、外装体の内部に配置され、前記外部端子に接続される集電体と、外装体の内部に配置され、前記集電体に接続される電極体と、を備えた蓄電素子であって、
前記外装体は略直方体形状であり、その一の面を構成する蓋体と、それ以外の面を構成する蓄電素子容器とからなり、
前記電極体は、シート状の正極及び負極をセパレータを介して扁平状に巻回してなり、前記蓄電素子容器内に、巻回により得られる湾曲部が蓋体側と、底面側とに位置するように収容され、
前記蓋体は、少なくとも前記電極体の湾曲部の蓋体側に最も突出する位置に対して前記蓋体の幅方向にずれた位置で、前記電極体との間に形成される隙間に開口する注液部を有することを特徴とする蓄電素子。 - 前記電極体は、前記湾曲部の蓋体側に向かって最も突出する位置が、前記蓋体に接触するか、あるいは、その近傍に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記電極体は、2以上が平面部を互いに隣接させた状態で前記蓄電素子容器に収容され、
前記蓋体の注液部は、前記いずれかの電極体の湾曲部との間に形成される隙間に開口するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記蓋体は、前記電極体に接近して配置され、前記外部端子の露出面が配置される領域が、前記電極体から離間するように膨出する係合受部で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記集電体は、接続受部と、接続受部から延びる脚部とを備え、
前記蓋体の係合受部には、前記集電体の接続受部を配置可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記蓋体の係合受部には、前記集電体の接続受部との間にパッキンを配置可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記注液部は栓体が溶接されることにより閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記注液部と前記電極体との最短距離は0.5mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。
