Description
第1実施形態:本実施形態では、酸化物層へ担持する色素について、発電用色素としてCYC−B11を適用するDSCを製造した。調色用色素としては、DN477、DN496、SQ−2の3つの色素を用意し、それぞれをCYC−B11と同時に担持したDSCを製造した。本実施形態で使用する各色素の光吸収特性について、波長−吸光係数曲線を図2に示す。
Claims (4)
- 基板と、前記基板上に形成された少なくとも1層の酸化物層と、を備える電極を用いた色素増感型太陽電池において、
前記酸化物層に2種以上の色素が担持されており、
前記色素として、270nm以上550nm未満の波長域に最大光吸収可能領域を有し、その最大モル吸光係数が30000以上である発電用色素が少なくとも1種以上担持され、
前記発電用色素は、ルテニウム錯体からなり、
更に、550nm以上800nm以下の波長域に最大光吸収可能領域を有し、その最大モル吸光係数が15000以上である調色用色素が少なくとも1種以上担持されており、
前記調色用色素の担持量M2と前記発電用色素の担持量M1との比(M2/M1)が、前記調色用色素の最大光吸収可能領域における最大モル吸光係数の平均値ε2と前記発電用色素の最大光吸収可能領域における最大モル吸光係数の平均値ε1との比(ε2/ε1)に対して、下記関係を有し、
前記酸化物層のL*a*b*表色系が、L*=3以上20以下、a*=−20以上0以下、b*=−20以上0以下であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。
- 発電用色素は、Z907、Z907Na、CYC−B1、CYC−B3、CYC−B5、CYC−B6S、CYC−B7、CYC−B11、C106、C101、K−19、SK−1、SK−2の少なくともいずれか1種である請求項1記載の色素増感型太陽電池。
- 調色用色素は、D149、DN477、DN496、SQ−2、インジゴカルミンの少なくともいずれか1種である請求項1又は請求項2記載の色素増感型太陽電池。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の色素増感型太陽電池の製造方法であって、
基板上に形成された酸化物層に色素溶液を接触させて色素を酸化物層に担持させる工程を含み、
前記色素溶液とは、2種以上の色素を含む溶液であり、
前記色素として、270nm以上550nm未満の波長域に最大光吸収可能領域を有し、その最大モル吸光係数が30000以上である発電用色素を少なくとも1種含み、更に、550nm以上800nm以下の波長域に最大光吸収可能領域を有し、その最大モル吸光係数が15000以上である調色用色素を少なくとも1種含むものである、色素増感型太陽電池の製造方法。
