Claims (6)
- 結合ブラケットで構成された構造要素にブレードホースを接続するための方法において、前記接続を行うために、可撓性があり非固定のブレードホース(1)が、前記結合ブラケット(3)内に導入され、ダイ(2)内に配置され、内圧を加えることが可能な吹込みホース(9)を一時的に挿入することによって、前記ブレードホース(1)が前記結合ブラケット(3)内で半径方向に拡張することにより、前記ダイ(2)内で噛合結合が生じ、接着剤(12)が導入され、前記ダイ(2)に熱を供給することによって、前記接着剤(12)の硬化、および前記ブレードホース(1)と前記結合ブラケット(3)とが材料的結合をし、
前記結合ブラケット(3)が、周縁部で溶接によってフランジプレート(14)に接続され、前記フランジプレート(14)が、準備状態で、前記ブレードホース(1)の突出端部(16)用の開口部(15)を有している、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ブレードホース(1)がハイブリッド糸から構成され、前記可撓性があり非固定状態の前記ブレードホース(1)の自由端または領域が、前記結合ブラケット(3)のスリーブ状の延在部(10)内に挿入されて保持され、拡張状態では噛合結合により保持され、2成分接着剤からなる接着剤(12)が硬化した状態では材料的結合により保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記結合ブラケット(3)が、内側に突出する局所エンボス加工部(19)を有し、前記局所エンボス加工部(19)が、前記ブレードホース(1)に向いており、前記ブレードホース(1)に前記結合ブラケット(3)が接続した状態で、前記エンボス加工部(19)が前記ブレードホース(1)に引っ掛かるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 中空型材で構成された構造要素にブレードホースを接続するための方法において、前記接続を行うために、可撓性があり非固定のブレードホース(1)が、前記中空型材(4)内に導入され、ダイ(2)内に配置され、内圧を加えることが可能な吹込みホース(9)を一時的に挿入することによって、前記ブレードホース(1)が前記中空型材(4)内で半径方向に拡張することにより、前記ダイ(2)内で噛合結合が生じ、接着剤(12)が導入され、前記ダイ(2)に熱を供給することによって、前記接着剤(12)の硬化、および前記ブレードホース(1)と前記中空型材(4)とが材料的結合をし、
前記ブレードホース(1)が、前記接続領域では、前記中空型材(4)の型形状に対応し、前記中空型材(4)外の自由領域では、前記ダイ(2)の所定の輪郭の型形状に対応し、前記ブレードホース(1)が、前記中空型材(4)の直径よりも大きい直径を有していることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ブレードホース(1)がハイブリッド糸から構成され、前記可撓性があり非固定状態の前記ブレードホース(1)の自由端または領域が、前記中空型材(4)内に挿入されて保持され、拡張状態では噛合結合により保持され、2成分接着剤からなる接着剤(12)が硬化した状態では材料的結合により保持されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレードホース(1)の非固定状態部分が、前記中空型材(4)とアンダーカット結合(17)を成すことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
