Description
(1)回路基板上に所定の配列ピッチで配列された接点パターンに、外部機器からのケーブルに接続された端子金具を導通接続する基板コネクタであって、
前記端子金具を前記接点パターンの配列ピッチに対応した配列ピッチで収容保持すると共に、前記接点パターンが配列された前記回路基板の表面に先端面を突き合わせることで、収容保持している前記端子金具の先端面を前記接点パターンに当接させるコネクタ本体と、
前記回路基板に取り付けられ、前記コネクタ本体の先端面を前記回路基板の表面に突き合わせた状態に係止するコネクタ受け部材と、
を備え、
前記コネクタ本体は、前記端子金具の先端面が前記コネクタ本体の先端面から突出するように前記端子金具を係止するインナーハウジングと、前記インナーハウジングを前記コネクタ受け部材との嵌合方向に沿って摺動可能に支持するアウターハウジングと、前記インナーハウジングと前記アウターハウジングとの間に圧縮状態で装備されて前記インナーハウジングを前記アウターハウジングから突出する方向に付勢するハウジング付勢ばねと、を備え、
前記端子金具の先端面を前記接点パターンに押圧接触させることで、前記端子金具を前記接点パターンに導通接続する基板コネクタであり、
前記端子金具は、前記接点パターンに当接する接点部が、前記接点パターンとの当接により所定の弾性変形することで前記接点パターンに対して所定の接触圧を得るばね片により提供され、
前記ばね片は、前記端子金具の端子本体を構成する一対の側壁間に配置され、
前記ばね片は、根元部が一方の前記側壁に連設されると共に前記端子本体の後端側に向けて前記一方の側壁に沿って延びる第1部分であって前記端子本体内に位置する第1部分と、前記第1部分の先端部から他方の前記側壁側に屈曲した後に前記端子本体の先端側に屈曲して前記端子本体の先端側に向けて延びる第2部分であって先端部が前記端子本体の先端から突出する位置にある第2部分と、前記第2部分の先端部から前記一方の側壁側に屈曲した後に前記端子本体の後端側に屈曲して前記端子本体の後端側に向けて延びる第3部分と、からなる、帯状の板片であり、
前記ばね片における前記端子本体の先端から突出する部位の先端が前記接点部として機能し、前記ばね片における前記端子本体内に位置する部位が前記接点部を突出方向とは逆側に弾性変位させるばね部として機能することを特徴とする基板コネクタ。
前記コネクタ本体は、回動可能に取り付けられた嵌合操作レバーと、該嵌合操作レバーに形成されて該嵌合操作レバーの回動操作により前記ボス部を前記コネクタ本体の嵌合方向に沿って引き込んで前記コネクタ本体を前記コネクタ受け部材に結合させるカム溝と、を備えることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)に記載の基板コネクタ。

Claims (3)
- 回路基板上に所定の配列ピッチで配列された接点パターンに、外部機器からのケーブルに接続された端子金具を導通接続する基板コネクタであって、
前記端子金具を前記接点パターンの配列ピッチに対応した配列ピッチで収容保持すると共に、前記接点パターンが配列された前記回路基板の表面に先端面を突き合わせることで、収容保持している前記端子金具の先端面を前記接点パターンに当接させるコネクタ本体と、
前記回路基板に取り付けられ、前記コネクタ本体の先端面を前記回路基板の表面に突き合わせた状態に係止するコネクタ受け部材と、
を備え、
前記コネクタ本体は、前記端子金具の先端面が前記コネクタ本体の先端面から突出するように前記端子金具を係止するインナーハウジングと、前記インナーハウジングを前記コネクタ受け部材との嵌合方向に沿って摺動可能に支持するアウターハウジングと、前記インナーハウジングと前記アウターハウジングとの間に圧縮状態で装備されて前記インナーハウジングを前記アウターハウジングから突出する方向に付勢するハウジング付勢ばねと、を備え、
前記端子金具の先端面を前記接点パターンに押圧接触させることで、前記端子金具を前記接点パターンに導通接続する基板コネクタであり、
前記端子金具は、前記接点パターンに当接する接点部が、前記接点パターンとの当接により所定の弾性変形することで前記接点パターンに対して所定の接触圧を得るばね片により提供され、
前記ばね片は、前記端子金具の端子本体を構成する一対の側壁間に配置され、
前記ばね片は、根元部が一方の前記側壁に連設されると共に前記端子本体の後端側に向けて前記一方の側壁に沿って延びる第1部分であって前記端子本体内に位置する第1部分と、前記第1部分の先端部から他方の前記側壁側に屈曲した後に前記端子本体の先端側に屈曲して前記端子本体の先端側に向けて延びる第2部分であって先端部が前記端子本体の先端から突出する位置にある第2部分と、前記第2部分の先端部から前記一方の側壁側に屈曲した後に前記端子本体の後端側に屈曲して前記端子本体の後端側に向けて延びる第3部分と、からなる、帯状の板片であり、
前記ばね片における前記端子本体の先端から突出する部位の先端が前記接点部として機能し、前記ばね片における前記端子本体内に位置する部位が前記接点部を突出方向とは逆側に弾性変位させるばね部として機能することを特徴とする基板コネクタ。 - 前記端子金具の前記接点部は、前記接点パターンとの当接により弾性変形する際、前記接点パターンの表面を擦るように、前記接点パターンの面方向に沿って弾性変位することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の基板コネクタ。
- 前記コネクタ受け部材は、前記コネクタ本体が嵌合する筒状部と、前記筒状部の外面に突設されたボス部と、を備え、
前記コネクタ本体は、回動可能に取り付けられた嵌合操作レバーと、前記嵌合操作レバーに形成されて前記嵌合操作レバーの回動操作により前記ボス部を前記コネクタ本体の嵌合方向に沿って引き込んで前記コネクタ本体を前記コネクタ受け部材に結合させるカム溝と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の基板コネクタ。
