Description
前記非金属粒子と共にバインダ樹脂粒子をコールドスプレーすることができる。
前記非金属粒子と導電材料との混合物をコールドスプレーすることもできる。又は、前記非金属粒子のコールドスプレー後に、導電材料をコールドスプレーすることもできる。あるいは、前記非金属粒子と半導体材料との混合物をコールドスプレーすることもできる。さらには、前記非金属粒子のコールドスプレー後に、半導体材料をコールドスプレーすることをさらに含んでもよい。
この方法によって、絶縁材料の第1の層を含む伝導性テープが提供される。該第1の層は前記ガラス裏材から形成され、この裏材は、ロール状に保管するための弾性及び柔軟性を有する。この伝導性テープは、前記第1の層上に位置し、前記非金属粒子を含有する層を含む。さらに、この伝導性テープは、前記非金属粒子を含有する層の上に位置する第2の層を含み、該第2の層が前記導電材料又は前記半導体材料から形成される。前記ガラス裏材は、ガラス布であり得る。
この方法を利用して作製される伝導性テープは、ロール状保管のために弾性及び柔軟性を有する前記可撓性裏材の第1の層と、該第1の層上に位置し、前記絶縁材料と導電材料との混合物を含有する第2の層と、該第2の層上に位置し、前記導電材料を含有する第3の層と、を備える。前記可撓性裏材は、ガラス織布、ガラス繊維又は高分子材料からなるものとすることができる。

Claims (7)
- 発電機用の巻線間に配置される非金属基板の表面に材料の層を形成して該非金属基板の性能特性を向上させる方法であって、
前記非金属基板に、ガラス織布又はガラス繊維からなるガラス裏材を適用し、
該ガラス裏材の表面に、雲母粒子又は窒化ホウ素粒子からなる非金属粒子をコールドスプレーする、ことを含み、
前記非金属粒子をコールドスプレーするときに、
前記非金属粒子に応じて決められる温度しきい値内に温度制御した加圧ガスに、前記非金属粒子を混ぜ、
該非金属粒子を混ぜた加圧ガスを、前記非金属粒子に応じて決められる速度しきい値内に速度制御して前記ガラス裏材の表面に向けスプレーし、前記ガラス裏材の表面に前記非金属粒子を付着させる、ことを含む、方法。 - 前記非金属粒子と共にバインダ樹脂粒子をコールドスプレーする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非金属粒子と、炭素及び炭化タングステンの少なくともいずれかを含む導電材料との混合物をコールドスプレーする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非金属粒子のコールドスプレー後に、炭素及び炭化タングステンの少なくともいずれかを含む導電材料をコールドスプレーすることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非金属粒子と半導体材料との混合物をコールドスプレーする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非金属粒子のコールドスプレー後に、半導体材料をコールドスプレーすることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 発電機用の巻線間に配置される非金属基板の表面に材料の層を形成して該非金属基板の性能特性を向上させる方法であって、
前記非金属基板にガラス織布又はガラス繊維からなる可撓性裏材を適用して第1の層を形成し、
該第1の層上に、雲母粒子又は窒化ホウ素粒子の絶縁材料と、炭素、炭化タングステン及び半導体材料の少なくともいずれかを含む第1の導電材料との混合物をコールドスプレーして第2の層を遷移層として形成し、
該第2の層上に、炭素、炭化タングステン及び半導体材料の少なくともいずれかを含む第2の導電材料をコールドスプレーして第3の層を形成する、ことを含み、
前記第2の層を形成するために前記絶縁材料と第1の導電材料との混合物をコールドスプレーするときに、
前記混合物の材料に応じて決められる温度しきい値内に温度制御した加圧ガスに、前記混合物を混ぜ、
該混合物を混ぜた加圧ガスを、前記混合物の材料に応じて決められる速度しきい値内に速度制御して前記第1の層の表面に向けスプレーし、前記第1の層の表面に前記混合物を付着させる、ことを含む、方法。
