Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態である通電加熱接合装置1について説明する。
以下、本発明の第2実施形態である通電加熱接合装置101について説明する。
以下、本発明の実施例に挙げて説明する。
Claims (7)
- 金属からなる第1の被接合部材と樹脂からなる第2の被接合部材とを接合する通電加熱接合装置であって、
前記第1の被接合部材を挟持して、前記第1の被接合部材と電気的に導通可能な複数の電極と、
前記第1の被接合部材と前記第2の被接合部材との接合面に圧力を付与する加圧部と、
前記第1の被接合部材の温度を検知する温度センサと、
前記温度センサが検知した温度が前記第2の被接合部材の軟化温度以上、且つ前記第2の被接合部材の溶融温度未満である予め設定した温度になった後、前記予め設定した温度を維持しながら、前記接合面に圧力を継続して付与させるように前記加圧部を制御する制御部とを備えることを特徴とする通電加熱接合装置。 - 前記電極に電流を供給する電源を備え、
前記温度センサが検知した温度が前記予め設定した温度以下のとき、前記電源を作動し、前記温度センサが検知した温度が前記予め設定した温度を超えたとき、前記電源を停止させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通電加熱接合装置。 - 前記接合面に付与される圧力を検知する圧力センサを備え、
前記圧力センサが予め設定した圧力を超えたとき、前記制御部は、前記接合面に圧力を付与しないように前記加圧部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の通電加熱接合装置。 - 前記接合面に圧力を付与させた後、予め設定された時間を経過したとき、前記制御部は、前記接合面に圧力を付与しないように前記加圧部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の通電加熱接合装置。
- 大気雰囲気で前記第1の被接合部材と前記第2の被接合部材とを接合することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の通電加熱接合装置。
- 前記加圧部は弾性体を有し、前記弾性体の弾性力によって前記接合面に圧力を付与することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の通電加熱接合装置。
- 金属からなる第1の被接合部材と樹脂からなる第2の被接合部材とを接合する通電加熱接合方法であって、
前記第1の被接合部材と電気的に導通可能な複数の電極間に前記第1の被接合部材を挟持して通電し、
前記第1の被接合部材の温度が前記第2の被接合部材の軟化温度以上、且つ前記第2の被接合部材の溶融温度未満である予め設定した温度になった後、前記予め設定した温度を維持しながら、前記第1の被接合部材と前記第2の被接合部材との接合面に圧力を継続して付与することを特徴とする通電加熱接合方法。
