Claims (11)
- 結晶性ビスマス系ガラス組成物からなるガラス粉末90〜100体積%と、耐火性フィラー粉末0〜10体積%とを含有する結晶性ビスマス系材料であって、
ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、モル%で、Bi2O3 25〜50%、B2O3 15〜40%、ZnO 30〜50%を含有し、モル比ZnO/Bi 2 O 3 の値が0.7より大きく、
ガラス粉末の平均粒子径D50が0.1〜15μmであり、
結晶性ビスマス系材料の軟化点をT1(℃)、結晶性ビスマス系材料の結晶化温度をT2(℃)としたときに、(T2−T1)<200℃の関係を満し、450〜550℃のいずれかの温度で30分間焼成したときに、熱膨張係数が100×10−7/℃以下の結晶が析出する性質を有することを特徴とする結晶性ビスマス系材料。 - 結晶が、Bi2O3、B2O3、ZnOから選ばれた一種または二種以上の成分で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 結晶が、Bi2O3・B2O3・2ZnOであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、モル%で、Bi2O3 25〜50%、B2O3 15〜40%、ZnO 30〜50%、CuO 0〜20%、Fe2O3 0〜5%、SiO2+Al2O3 0〜1%を含有し、且つ実質的にPbOを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、モル比ZnO/Bi2O3の値が0.75以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 結晶化温度よりも20℃以上低い温度で30分間焼成した焼成体を試料とし、TMA装置で測定したときに、ガラス転移点および屈伏点が認められないことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末が、ウイレマイト、ガーナイト、ZnO、Al2O3、SiO2から選ばれた一種または二種以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 平面表示装置または電子部品の封着に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 平面表示装置または電子部品の隔壁形成に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 平面表示装置または電子部品のサイドフレーム形成に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 結晶性ビスマス系材料を所定形状に焼結させた結晶性タブレットであって、結晶性ビスマス系材料が請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料であることを特徴とする結晶性タブレット。
