Claims (13)
- 自動車用の作動流体容器(1)であって、互いに相補的であるプラスチック材料の少なくとも2つのシェル(2a、2b)からなる容器本体を備え、
前記シェル(2a、2b)のそれぞれが、前記容器内に形成された流体波の制限をもたらすように容器の自由容積内に容器と一体に延在する構造体を有し、
前記2つのシェル(2a、2b)の各々の前記構造体の少なくともいくつかが、ほぼ前記容器の接合平面(8)に少なくとも部分的に互いの溶接部を有するものであり、
それぞれ1つのサージ防壁要素(7)が、少なくとも2つのシェル(2a、2b)に一体に設けられ、2つの相補的シェル(2a、2b)の前記サージ防壁要素(7)が前記接合平面(8)に少なくとも点状に互いの溶接部を有しており、
異なるシェル(2a、2b)の前記サージ防壁要素(7)が、それらの突出部において前記接合平面(8)で交差し、この交差点の領域においてのみ互いに当接することを特徴とする作動流体容器(1)。 - 相補的シェル(2a、2b)の2つのサージ防壁要素(7)は、前記接合平面(8)で互いに隣接し、互いの間に流路を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動流体容器。
- 少なくとも1つのサージ防壁要素(7)には開口部(10)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の作動流体容器。
- 異なるシェル(2a、2b)の前記サージ防壁要素(7)が、前記接合平面(8)において前記交差点の領域で互いの溶接部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の作動流体容器。
- 前記シェル(2a、2b)が、前記容器の容積内に延在する少なくとも1つのドーム(17)をそれぞれ有し、前記シェル(2a、2b)が前記ドーム(17)によって互いに支持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の作動流体容器。
- 前記シェル(2a、2b)が少なくとも2つのドーム(17)によって互いにセンタリングされることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の作動流体容器。
- 前記ドーム(17)は、容器壁の反転間入部としてそれぞれ実現されていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の作動流体容器。
- 円形、角形または十字状の断面を有する容器壁に、支持部が、ドーム(17)としてそれぞれ一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の作動流体容器。
- 少なくとも1つのケーブルおよび/または配線用ダクトが少なくとも1つのサージ防壁要素(7)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の作動流体容器。
- 容器壁には、ハニカムおよび/またはリブからなる補強構造が少なくとも部分的に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の作動流体容器。
- 前記容器の前記接合平面(8)に対して平行に延在する少なくとも1つの可撓性マットがサージマット(18)として前記容器の容積内部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の作動流体容器。
- 前記サージマット(18)は、複数のドーム(17)の間に締結され、流体運動によって前記ドーム(17)に対して持ち上げられるように前記ドームによって貫通されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の作動流体容器。
- 前記シェル(2a、2b)は、周縁フランジ(3)に互いの溶接部を有し、前記フランジ(3)がアンダーカット取合せ縁部として実現されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の作動流体容器。
