Claims (3)
- 光電変換部と、前記光電変換部の一主面の上に形成された透明導電性酸化物層と、前記透明導電性酸化物層の上に配された電極とを有する太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池を封止している封止材と、
前記封止材の受光面側及び裏面側にそれぞれ配置される受光面側保護部材及び裏面側保護部材と、
を備える太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記封止材の前記電極の上に位置する部分は、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体を含み、
前記裏面側保護部材は金属層を含まない樹脂シートであり、
前記電極は、アミノ基又はイミノ基を有する塩基性化合物を50ppm以上500ppm以下含む、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記塩基性化合物が、ポリエチレンイミン、ポリビニルアミン及びポリアリルアミンからなる群から選択された少なくとも一種を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記受光面側保護部材がガラス板又はセラミック板により構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
