水素化マグネシウムは無害であり、また水素生成後のMg(OH)2は医薬品にも利用されているように安全である。これらの点から、水素発生化合物が水素化マグネシウムであれば、より安全に水素発生材の製造、輸送、使用等を行うことができる。
2種類の粒径の水素化マグネシウムAおよびBを調製した。
水素化マグネシウムB 5重量%、スチレンエチレンブタジエンスチレン45重量%、流動パラフィン50重量%からなる組成物を、押出成形によって板状に形成した後、さらにシート状に成形して、冷却し、5mmのシート(水素発生材)を得た。このシートの硬度は、アスカーC型硬度計(高分子計器株式会社製)で測定したところ8度であり、粘着力は、JIS Z 0237に準拠して測定したところ0.8N/10mm幅であり、反発弾性率はJIS K 6255に準拠して測定したところ35%であった。
水素化マグネシウムA 2重量%、スチレンエチレンブタジエンスチレン48重量%、流動パラフィン50重量%を混合し、約200℃まで加熱し、押出成型装置によりシート状に成形して、冷却し、5mmのシート(水素発生材)を得た。

実施例1〜4で得たシート4gを100gの水に浸漬させ、1.5時間および3日経過後に溶存水素計(共栄電子研究所)を用いて溶存水素濃度を測定した。溶存水素濃度は、溶存水素計をそれぞれの水に浸漬させてから30秒後の値である。その結果を表1に示す。
水素化マグネシウムA 2重量%、スチレンエチレンプロピレン30重量%、スチレンエチレンプロピレンスチレン28重量%、流動パラフィン40重量%を混合し、約200℃まで加熱し、押出成型装置によりシート状に成形して、冷却し、5mmのシート(水素発生材)を得た。
水素化マグネシウムB 2重量%、スチレンエチレンブタジエンスチレン83重量%、流動パラフィン15重量%を混合し、約200℃まで加熱し、押出成型装置によりシート状に成形して、冷却し、5mmのシート(水素発生材)を得た。
水素化マグネシウムB 5重量%、スチレンエチレンプロピレンスチレン55重量%、流動パラフィン40重量%を混合し、約200℃まで加熱し、押出成型装置によりシート状に成形して、冷却し、5mmのシート(水素発生材)を得た。
水素化マグネシウムB 5重量%、ポリスチレン共重合体80重量%、流動パラフィン15重量%を混合し、約200℃まで加熱し、押出成型装置によりシート状に成形して、冷却し、5mmのシート(水素発生材)を得た。
比較例1として、水溶性高分子であるカッパーカラギーナンにより構成されているシートを作製した。
実施例5〜8および比較例1で得たシート2gをそれぞれ50gの水に浸漬させ、1週間経過後に溶存水素計(共栄電子研究所)を用いて溶存水素濃度を測定した。溶存水素濃度は、溶存水素計をそれぞれの水に浸漬させてから30秒後の値であるその結果を表2に示す。

Claims (4)
- 水素化金属粒子および非水系基剤を含むとともに非水系の成分のみを含み、かつシート状の形態である、皮膚に接触させて使用するための水素発生材。
- さらに、薬効成分を含む、請求項1に記載の水素発生材。
- 前記水素化金属粒子および前記非水系基剤を含むとともに非水系の成分のみを含み、かつ粘着性を有する粘着シートと、
前記粘着シートの一方の面に貼り合わせられている、水透過性を有さない保護膜と、
をさらに備えている、請求項1または2に記載の水素発生材。 - 前記非水系基剤がポリスチレン系樹脂である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の水素発生材。
