Claims (5)
- 転造工具(19)のための転造ローラ(1,1’)であって、クランクシャフトにおけるベアリングジャーナル(13)を両側に対して画成する、半径部又は凹部(14,15)の転造のためのトロイダル状の基体(2,2’)と、該基体(2,2’)の一方側(3)において突出する、少なくとも略円すい状の1つの中心体(5)とを備える前記転造ローラにおいて、
前記中心体(5)の上側の終端面(7)上で円筒体(8,8’)が突出していること、及び前記円筒体(8,8’)の高さ(11)及び直径(12)の大きさが、当該転造ローラ(1,1’)の誤った取付位置において前記転造工具が前記クランクシャフトのクランクアーム(16,17)と衝突するよう設定されていることを特徴とする転造ローラ。 - 前記基体(2,2’)の他方側に更に1つの中心体(6)を設け、前記両中心体(5,6)が異なる高さ(9,10)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転造ローラ。
- 前記円筒体(8)が、より高い高さ(9)を有する前記中心体(5)の前記上側の終端面(7)上において突出していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の転造ローラ。
- 前記円筒体(8,8’)が、対応する前記中心体(5)の前記上側の終端面(7)と同じ直径(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の転造ローラ。
- 前記円筒体(8,8’)が、対応する前記中心体(5)と少なくとも同じ高さ(11)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の転造ローラ。
