Claims (3)
- 車速に応じて車両用前照灯(4)の配光パターンを、配光可変制御状態の通常モード、ロービーム状態のOFFモード、及び、住宅地での走行に適し歩行者に眩惑を与えないハイビーム配光の住宅地モードに応じた3つの配光パターンの間で移行制御させる車両用前照灯(4)の制御装置(1)であって、
前記車速が前記配光パターンを前記住宅地モードに移行可能な所定範囲内の車速であるか否かを判定する車速判定手段(S6)と、
前記配光パターンの前記移行制御における直前の実行状態が通常モードであったか否かを判定する制御モード判定手段(S8,S10)と、
前記車速判定手段(S6)によって前記車速が所定範囲内の車速であると判定され、且つ前記制御モード判定手段(S8,S10)によって前記配光パターンの前記移行制御における直前の実行状態が通常モードであったと判定されたとき、前記配光パターンのモード移行を禁止する移行禁止手段と、を備え、
前記車速判定手段(S6)によって前記車速が所定範囲内の車速であると判定され、且つ前記制御モード判定手段(S8)によって前記配光パターンの前記移行制御における直前の実行状態がOFFモードであったと判定されたとき、前記配光パターンを住宅地モードに移行する。 - 前記配光パターンを前記住宅地モードに移行させるか否かを判定する移行判定手段を備え、
この移行判定手段は、カメラ(2)の撮像信号に基づいて取得された車両前方の画像及び照度の情報に基づいて当該判定を行う請求項1に記載の車両用前照灯の制御装置。 - 車速に応じて車両用前照灯(4)の配光パターンを、配光可変制御状態の通常モード、ロービーム状態のOFFモード、及び、住宅地での走行に適し歩行者に眩惑を与えないハイビーム配光の住宅地モードに応じた3つの配光パターンの間で移行制御させる車両用前照灯(4)の制御方法であって、
前記車速が前記配光パターンを前記住宅地モードに移行可能な所定範囲内の車速であるか否かを判定し(S6)、
前記配光パターンの前記移行制御における直前の実行状態が通常モードであったか否かを判定し(S8,S10)、
前記車速が所定範囲内の車速であると判定され、且つ前記配光パターンの前記移行制御における直前の実行状態が通常モードであったと判定されたとき、前記配光パターンのモード移行を禁止し、
前記車速が所定範囲内の車速であると判定され、且つ前記配光パターンの前記移行制御における直前の実行状態がOFFモードであったと判定されたとき、前記配光パターンを住宅地モードに移行する。
