この条件において、良好なレーザ溶接が可能であった。勿論、以上は一例であり、本発明はこれに限定されない。

Claims (2)
- 回転中心孔を有する少なくとも一つの中間アーム部材、この中間アーム部材の回転中心孔に相対回動自在に挿入される中心軸状部とこの中心軸状部に直交する抜止部を有する有中心部材、及びこの有中心部材の中心軸状部の外周に嵌合され、上記抜止部との間で該中心軸状部に嵌合された中間アーム部材の軸方向移動を規制する抜止部材を準備するステップ;
有中心部材の中心軸状部を中間アーム部材の回転中心孔に挿入し、該回転中心孔からの突出部分の外周に、上記抜止部材を嵌合させるステップ;及び
有中心部材の中心軸状部と抜止部材を、有中心部材の中心軸状部と抜止部材との径方向の重なり部分において径方向からレーザ溶接で固定するステップ;
を有することを特徴とする相対回動部材の枢着方法。 - 請求項1記載の相対回動部材の枢着方法において、上記レーザ溶接ステップの前に、有中心部材の中心軸状部と中間アーム部材の回転中心孔との間に、合成樹脂製のスラストブッシュを介在させるステップをさらに有する相対回動部材の枢着方法。
