Claims (3)
- 被測定ガスの濃度を検出するガスセンサ素子であって、
固体電解質体と、前記被測定ガスが導入される被測定ガス室と、前記被測定ガスの濃度の基準となる基準ガスが導入される基準ガス室と、前記被測定ガス室内で前記固体電解質体に接触する第1の電極と、前記基準ガス室内で前記第1の電極との間に前記固体電解質体を挟持するように前記固体電解質体に接触する第2の電極と、前記固体電解質体と接して配置され、前記被測定ガスを前記被測定ガス室に通す拡散層と、前記固体電解質体との間に前記拡散層が配置されるように前記拡散層と接して配置される遮蔽層とを備えており、
前記固体電解質体と前記遮蔽層との少なくとも一方に、前記拡散層との界面側から窪む凹部が設けられており、
平面視で前記被測定ガス室から被測定ガス取り込み側を見たときに、前記被測定ガス室が有する被測定ガス取り込み側を見込む壁面の平面視における長さをチャンバ幅として、前記凹部のチャンバ幅方向に占める範囲がチャンバ幅の範囲Wを包含していることを特徴とするガスセンサ素子。 - 前記凹部の壁面は前記拡散層との界面に対して垂直な形状をなすことを特徴する請求項1に記載のガスセンサ素子。
- 請求項1または2に記載のガスセンサ素子を備えたことを特徴とするガスセンサ。
