Description
Claims (2)
- スピンドルモータであって、
前記モータの回転軸線を包囲している環状領域に設けられた複数のステータ歯を有し、 前記回転軸線を包囲した状態で設けられた複数の巻線を備えた巻線層を有し、前記複数の巻線の各々が、前記回転軸線に平行な巻線軸線を有し、前記複数のステータ歯の各々にそれぞれ結合され、
半径方向に間隔を置いて位置決めされると共に前記環状領域と同一平面内に位置する磁石を備えたロータを有し、前記磁石は、前記磁石の半径方向に沿って磁束を生じさせるよう環状に分布して設けられた磁極を有し、
各ステータ歯は、前記磁石に向いた第1の端部を有し、前記第1の端部は、前記磁石の軸方向寸法に対応するよう前記回転軸線に平行な方向に沿って突き出されており、
各ステータ歯は、第1の層及び前記第1の層に積層された第2の層を有し、前記第1の層の端部分は、第1の軸方向に沿って突き出され、前記第2の層の端部分は、前記第1の軸方向とは逆の第2の方向に沿って突き出され、
各ステータ歯において、前記第1の層の反対側の端部分及び前記第2の層の反対側の端部分は前記第2の方向に沿って曲げられ、前記複数の巻線の一つを貫通し、
前記スピンドルモータは、各ステータ歯の前記第1の層の前記反対側の端部分及び各ステータ歯の前記第2の層の前記反対側の端部分に結合されたステータヨークを有し、
前記巻線層はプリント回路板の導電層で形成されている、
ことを特徴とするスピンドルモータ。 - スピンドルモータであって、
前記モータの回転軸線を包囲している環状領域に設けられた複数のステータ歯を有し、 前記回転軸線を包囲した状態で設けられた複数の巻線を備えた巻線層を有し、前記複数の巻線の各々が、前記回転軸線に平行な巻線軸線を有し、前記複数のステータ歯の各々にそれぞれ結合されており、
半径方向に間隔を置いて位置決めされると共に前記環状領域と同一平面内に位置する磁石を備えたロータを有し、前記磁石は、前記磁石の半径方向に沿って磁束を生じさせるよう環状に分布して設けられた磁極を有し、
前記複数のステータ歯の各々が前記磁石に向いた第1の端部を有し、前記第1の端部は、前記回転軸線に平行な方向に沿って突き出されており、反対側の端部分が軸方向に沿って下方に曲げられ、前記複数の巻線の一つを貫通し、
前記スピンドルモータは、前記複数のステータ歯の前記反対側の端部分の各々に結合されたステータヨークを有し、
前記巻線層は、プリント回路板の導電層で形成されている、
ことを特徴とするスピンドルモータ。
