Description

粒状の止血剤(Celox)を、融点範囲が58−61℃の低融点コポリエステル樹脂を用いて120gsmの不織布生地(75%ビスコース(Danufil−2)繊維/25%ポリオレフィン繊維)に接着した。40gsmの樹脂を、60gsmのCeloxと一緒に用いた。
粒状の止血剤(Celox)を、融点範囲が58−61℃の低融点コポリエステル樹脂を用いて120gsmの不織布生地(75%ビスコース(Danufil−2)繊維/25%ポリオレフィン繊維)に接着した。40gsmの樹脂を、60gsmのCeloxと一緒に用いた。
粒状の止血剤(Celox)を、融点範囲が58−61℃の低融点コポリエステル樹脂を用いて、1mm厚のポリウレタン発泡体に接着した。40gsmの樹脂を、40gsmのCeloxと一緒に用いた。
粒状の止血剤(Celox)を、融点範囲が58−61℃の低融点コポリエステル樹脂を用いて120gsmの不織布生地(75%ビスコース(Danufil−2)繊維/25%ポリオレフィン繊維)に接着した。40gsmの樹脂が、40gsmのCeloxと一緒に用いた。
コラーゲンの止血剤(Celox)を、融点範囲が58−61℃の低融点コポリエステル樹脂を用いて120gsmの不織布生地(75%ビスコース(Danufil−2)繊維/25%ポリオレフィン繊維)に接着した。40gsmの樹脂が、40gsmのCeloxと一緒に用いた。
酸化再生セルロース(ORC)止血剤(粉砕されたサージセル)が、融点範囲が58−61℃の低融点コポリエステル樹脂を用いて120gsmの不織布材料に接着された。40gsmの樹脂が、40gsmの乾燥ORC顆粒と一緒に用いた。
酸化再生セルロース止血剤(粉砕されたサージセル)を、可溶性ネット(デルネット)を用いて120gsmの不織布生地に接着した。80gsmのネットを、40gsmのCelox顆粒と一緒に用いた。
Celox顆粒を上に備えている本発明による止血材の有効性を、その止血剤を健康なヨークシャー豚に16ゲージ針でつけた血管穿刺部位に貼り付けることにより評価した。
止血は以下の時点で評価された。
−最初の5分の圧迫後
−その後の15分の圧迫
−最初の5分の圧迫後
−その後の15分の圧迫

前記可溶性、分散性又は取り外し可能な保持層は、ヒト又は動物の体内で代謝しやすい材料で形成される、請求項13に記載の止血材。

前記キトサン塩は、キトサン酢酸塩、キトサン乳酸塩、キトサンコハク酸塩、キトサンリンゴ酸塩、キトサン硫酸塩、又はキトサンアクリル酸塩から選択された1つ以上の塩を含む、請求項6に記載の止血材。

前記キトサン塩は、キトサンコハク酸塩を含む、請求項15に記載の止血材。

Claims (15)
- キャリア層と、接着剤層と、少なくとも1つの止血剤を微粒子、顆粒、粉末、フレーク又は短繊維の形態で備えている創傷接触用の材料とを備え、
前記止血剤は、該止血剤と前記キャリア層との間にある接着剤層を用いて前記キャリア層に接着されており、前記接着剤層及び前記止血剤は別々の層であり、前記少なくとも1つの止血剤層は、
a.キトサン塩のみ、又は
b.キトサン塩と、(i)不活性物質、(ii)医療用界面活性剤、又は(iii)不活性物質及び医療用界面活性剤
を備える止血材。 - 前記キャリア層の両面は、少なくとも部分的に止血剤で被覆されている、請求項1に記載の止血材。
- 前記止血剤は、2つ以上のキトサン塩を含む、請求項1または2に記載の止血材。
- 前記キャリア層の上下両表面上に接着剤層と止血剤層の別々の層を備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の止血材。
- 前記接着剤層及び/又は前記止血剤層の上面に可溶性、分散性又は取り外し可能な保持層を更に備え、前記可溶性、分散性又は取り外し可能な保持層は、ヒト又は動物の体内で代謝しやすい材料で形成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の止血材。
- 前記キトサン塩は、キトサン酢酸塩、キトサン乳酸塩、キトサンコハク酸塩、キトサンリンゴ酸塩、キトサン硫酸塩、又はキトサンアクリル酸塩から選択された1つ以上の塩を含む、及び/又は前記キトサン塩は、前記止血剤の少なくとも約5重量%を構成する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の止血材。
- 前記医療用界面活性剤は、前記止血剤の約0.001〜約10重量%を構成する、及び/又は前記医療用界面活性剤は、酸化エチレン及び酸化プロピレンベースのブロック共重合体、脂肪酸、脂肪酸塩、シリコーンベースの界面活性剤及び乳化剤から選択された1つ以上、要すればラウリン酸及びオレイン酸から選択された脂肪酸を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の止血材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの不活性物質は、セルロース、フュームド・シリカ、砂、粘土、アルギン酸塩、微結晶性セルロース、酸化再生セルロース、ポリエチルグリコール、グアーガム、キタンサンゴム、キトサン、キトサン誘導体、キチン、サッカロース、ラクトース、ペクチン、カルボキシメチルセルロース、粉末コーンミール、コラーゲン、ゼラチン、ポリビニルアルコール、アクリル酸、アクリレート(共)重合体、架橋アクリル酸ベースポリマー、硫化バリウム、粘土、ラクトース、サッカロース、スターチの1つ又はそれ以上、又はこれらの2又はそれ以上の組み合わせである、及び/又は前記不活性物質は、前記止血剤の約95重量%までを構成する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の止血材。
- 前記接着剤層は、可溶性材料である接着剤を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の止血材。
- 前記キャリア層は、ヒト又は動物の体内で分解可能である、及び/又は前記キャリア層は、ビスコースの不織布生地からなるか、前記キャリア層は、編まれたガーゼ、被膜、発泡体、又はシートゲルからなる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の止血材。
- 前記止血剤又は接着剤層は、その組み合わせが濡れた時にそれらの間の結合を弱めるのに水分に十分に敏感であり、前記接着剤層が血液で湿らされると、前記キャリア層が剥離した場合に、前記止血剤の一部が創傷の部位に残る、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の止血材。
- 体内で分解可能な材料、吸収層及び/又はX線に対して不透明な少量の物質を更に備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の止血材。
- 止血用創傷包帯の製造、又は生理学的標的部位からの血流を低減又は止めるのに使用する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の止血材。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の止血材を備えている、止血創傷包帯。
- キャリア層を準備する工程と、
前記キャリア層に、微粒子、顆粒、粉末、フレーク又は短繊維の形態の止血剤の多くを接触させる工程と、
を含み、前記止血剤は、前記止血剤と前記キャリア層との間にある接着剤層を用いて前記キャリア層に接触して保持され、前記接着剤層及び前記止血剤は別々の層であり、前記少なくとも1つの止血剤の層は、
a.キトサン塩のみ、又は
b.キトサン塩と、(i)不活性物質、(ii)医療用界面活性剤、又は(iii)不活性物質及び医療用界面活性剤
を備える、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の止血材を製造する方法。
