Abstract

本发明涉及医疗用品,具体的说是涉及一种介入穿刺针道止血粒子及其匹配的植入枪,该止血粒子由氧化再生纤维素精制压缩而成,接触出血表面后剧烈溶胀成胶状体,具有压迫止血的作用。所述止血粒子与血红蛋白反应形成血凝块,封闭毛细血管末端,同时激活多种凝血因子,启动内源性凝血系统,2~8分钟内迅速达到完全止血的效果。本发明止血粒子通过粒子植入枪均匀地释放于穿刺针道中,起到良好的压迫止血效果,减少经皮穿刺介入术后出血引起的并发症。将止血粒子弹夹安装于粒子植入枪中,穿刺针道前端接穿刺针,通过推送针将止血粒子送进病变组织中,起到局部压迫止血的作用。

Description

一种用于介入穿刺针道止血粒子及其匹配的植入枪
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品,具体的说是涉及一种介入穿刺针道止血粒子及其匹配的植入枪。
背景技术
出血是创伤及手术后主要并发症,出血过多将引起休克,危及生命。因此,及时有效止血对挽救患者生命具有重要意义。
出血后如何止血一直困扰着人类。古埃及人使用一种含蜂蜡、油脂和大麦的混合物来止血。古印度人使用一种红砂和动物内脏的混合物来止血。在古代中国,大夫们则使用金疮药,金不焕等中草药来止血。随着科学技术的进步,骨蜡等非可吸收止血材料在临床上的运用,一定程度上推进了医学的发展,但这些非可吸收止血材料引起的术区感染和其他并发症在所难免。
近年来医用可吸收止血材料引起了各国医学界和产业界的高度重视,许多大型医药公司都致力于研发新型止血材料。美国某公司生产的可吸收止血纱布Surgicel(速即纱),它不依赖于人体内生理性凝血机制,而是通过物理作用迅速促使血液凝固,有效控制出血。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供了一种介入穿刺针道止血粒子及其匹配的植入枪,用于介入穿刺针道的止血粒子接触出血表面后溶胀成胶状体,起到压迫止血的作用,并与血红蛋白反应形成血凝块,封闭毛细血管末端,同时引发血小板不可逆聚集生成血纤维,粘附于受损血管;激活并释放出多种凝血因子,启动内源性凝血系统,可有效控制出血。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下方案来实现:
一种用于介入穿刺针道止血粒子,该止血粒子呈圆柱形颗粒,由氧化再生纤维素和微纤维胶原按一定比例混合精制压缩形成的圆柱形颗粒。
进一步的,所述止血粒子接触出血表面后剧烈溶胀成胶状体,具有压迫止血的作用。
进一步的,所述止血粒子与血红蛋白反应形成血凝块,封闭毛细血管末端,同时激活多种凝血因子,启动内源性凝血系统,2~8分钟内迅速达到完全止血的效果。
上述止血粒子用植入枪,包括:
止血粒子弹夹,用于排列式装载止血粒子,该止血粒子弹夹置于穿刺针道后端的上部,并且与穿刺针道连通;
推送针,置于穿刺针道内部,用于推送落入穿刺针道内的止血粒子;
前端针道,推送针先穿过前端针道,该前端针道是用于保持推送针的直线状态;
穿刺针道;为能够容纳止血粒子通过的一根管道,末端开口直径小于管道直径。
进一步的,止血粒子弹夹与穿刺针道的连通处开口长度比止血粒子的长度大1mm。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
1.氧化再生纤维素具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性和无毒等特点。在临床上已成功应用于神经外科、耳鼻喉科、肝胆外科等手术止血,术后无再出血、渗血、感染等并发症发生。
2.止血粒子由氧化再生纤维素精制压缩而成,接触出血表面后剧烈溶胀成胶状体,具有压迫止血的作用。因此,止血粒子的止血作用有事半功倍的效果。在经皮穿刺介入术中,止血粒子有助于穿刺针道的确切止血,提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症的发生。
3.本发明植入枪结构简单,成本低,能够适用于普通人群。
4.止血粒子对人体安全无毒,无刺激、无副反应、无抗原性,人体组织相容性好,无致畸或致癌性。
5.止血粒子接触出血表面后溶胀成胶状体,起到压迫止血的作用,并与血红蛋白反应形成血凝块,封闭毛细血管末端,同时引发血小板不可逆聚集生成血纤维,粘附于受损血管;激活并释放出多种凝血因子,启动内源性凝血系统,迅速达到完全止血的效果。
6.止血粒子可被人体组织完全吸收分解,有生物可降解性,不必再次取出,减少病人的痛苦。
7.止血粒子容易附着于任何创伤表面,但不会黏附在医疗器械上,使用简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细的阐述。
本发明的止粒子为非血管微创介入穿刺针道出血所需的止血材料,为经皮穿刺介入治疗领域中穿刺针道出血提供良好的止血作用,减少经皮穿刺介入术后穿刺针道出血引起的相关并发症,提高手术成功率,加快术后恢复,降低治疗费用。
请参照附图1~3,本发明的一种用于介入穿刺针道止血粒子,该止血粒子1呈圆柱形颗粒,由氧化再生纤维素和微纤维胶原按一定比例混合精制压缩形成的圆柱形颗粒,长4.5mm,外径0.8mm。所述止血粒子1接触出血表面后剧烈溶胀成胶状体,具有压迫止血的作用。所述止血粒子1与血红蛋白反应形成血凝块,封闭毛细血管末端,同时激活多种凝血因子,启动内源性凝血系统,2~8分钟内迅速达到完全止血的效果。它不依赖于人体内生理性凝血机制,而是通过物理作用迅速促使血液凝固,有效控制出血。该止血粒子1安全无毒,无刺激、无副反应、无抗原性,人体组织相容性好,无致畸或致癌性,被人体完全吸收,可广泛地应用于经皮穿刺介入术后穿刺针道出血的止血。
上述止血粒子用植入枪,包括:
止血粒子弹夹2,用于排列式装载止血粒子1,该止血粒子弹夹2置于穿刺针道5后端的上部,并且与穿刺针道5连通;
推送针3,置于穿刺针道5内部,用于推送落入穿刺针道5内的止血粒子1;
前端针道4,推送针3先穿过前端针道4,该前端针道4是用于保持推送针3的直线状态;
穿刺针道5;为能够容纳止血粒子1通过的一根管道,末端开口直径小于管道直径。
止血粒子弹夹2与穿刺针道5的连通处开口长度比止血粒子的长度大1mm。
止血粒子通过粒子植入枪均匀地释放于穿刺针道中,起到良好的压迫止血效果,减少经皮穿刺介入术后出血引起的并发症。将止血粒子弹夹2安装于粒子植入枪中,穿刺针道5前端接穿刺针,通过推送针3将止血粒子1送进病变组织中,起到局部压迫止血的作用。
鉴于此,本发明适合于所有穿刺操作后,穿刺道及针尖处的创面止血。止血粒子1大小可根据穿刺针直径制备相应的大小粒子。

1.一种用于介入穿刺针道止血粒子,该止血粒子(1)呈圆柱形颗粒,其特征在于:该止血粒子(1)由氧化再生纤维素和微纤维胶原按一定比例混合精制压缩形成的圆柱形颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于介入穿刺针道止血粒子,其特征在于:所述止血粒子(1)接触出血表面后剧烈溶胀成胶状体,具有压迫止血的作用。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于介入穿刺针道止血粒子,其特征在于:所述止血粒子(1)与血红蛋白反应形成血凝块,封闭毛细血管末端,同时激活多种凝血因子,启动内源性凝血系统,2~8分钟内迅速达到完全止血的效果。
4.一种以权利要求1的止血粒子用植入枪,其特征在于,包括:
止血粒子弹夹(2),用于排列式装载止血粒子(1),该止血粒子弹夹(2)置于穿刺针道(5)后端的上部,并且与穿刺针道(5)连通;
推送针(3),置于穿刺针道(5)内部,用于推送落入穿刺针道(5)内的止血粒子(1);
前端针道(4),推送针(3)先穿过前端针道(4),该前端针道(4)是用于保持推送针(3)的直线状态;
穿刺针道(5);为能够容纳止血粒子(1)通过的一根管道,末端开口直径小于管道直径。
5.根据权利要求4所述的植入枪,其特征在于:止血粒子弹夹(2)与穿刺针道(5)的连通处开口长度比止血粒子的长度大1mm。
