作为发明的进一步改进,所述抗菌弹性无纺布按照以下方法制备:将含有45~55wt%氨纶的医用绷带用无纺布在抑菌处理剂的水溶液中浸泡1~2d,然后将浸泡后的无纺布去除水分,得抗菌弹性无纺布。
作为发明的进一步改进,所述抑菌处理剂的组成为:银浓度为8000~10000ppm的纳米银溶胶50~65wt%、甲壳素20~40wt%,并向抑菌处理剂中添加占甲壳素重量0.1~0.3%的柠檬酸。
作为发明的进一步改进,所述水分去除步骤具体为:先将处理后的无纺布置于通风处自然晾晒至含水量为30~50%,然后通过烘干机烘干处理20~30s去除剩余水分。
2,本发明还提供上述可减轻疼痛并促进伤口愈合的抑菌型弹性绷带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯混合后加入混炼机内,升温至80~100℃,搅拌混合2h,得胶粘剂;
(2)将黄芪、柴胡、赤芍、丹参、夏枯草、没药、乳香、甘草粉碎至粒径5~10mm,然后放入占总粉碎料1.5~2倍的含有1~3%白醋的去离子水中浸泡0.5~1h,沥出后用去离子水洗涤1~2遍,然后和占总粉碎料体积2~2.5倍的去离子水一起加入砂锅中,小火熬煮至沸腾,自然冷却至室温后,过滤取滤液并将体积浓缩至1/3,得浓缩液;
(3)将步骤(1)制备的胶粘剂喷涂在抗菌弹性无纺布的两面;
(4)将步骤(2)制备的浓缩液注入浸轧机的轧车工作槽,然后将步骤(3)得到的抗菌弹性无纺布浸入浸轧机轧车工作槽,调节轧车压力至1.0~1.5kg,然后进行抗菌弹性无纺布的浸轧处理至抗菌弹性无纺布的带液率为90~100%;
(5)将浸轧后的抗菌弹性无纺布于60~80℃下真空干燥30~60min,然后进行曲缩处理,最后采用Co-60γ射线辐照灭菌,灭菌剂量为15~35kGy,即得目标产品。
作为发明的进一步改进,步骤(2)中所述滤液浓缩后还加入了占浓缩液体积5~10%的羧甲基壳聚糖生理盐水溶液。
作为发明的进一步改进,所述羧甲基壳聚糖生理盐水溶液中羧甲基壳聚糖的浓度为20~40mg/ml。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
(1)本发明所用的中药配方廉价易得,不含任何刺激性成分,无毒副作用,以黄芪和柴胡为君药,意在抑菌抗炎、增强机体免疫功能,其中,黄芪具有较广泛的抗菌作用和增强机体免疫功能的作用,能促进血清和肝脏蛋白质的更新,提高机体的抗病能力,柴胡具有抗炎、促进免疫的功效,其中所含的挥发油如丁香酚、己酸等具有解热镇痛的功效;以赤芍、丹参、夏枯草为臣药,意在活血散瘀、清热止痛,其中赤芍具有活血通经、凉血散瘀、清热解毒的功效,丹参具有活血养血、祛瘀、排脓止痛的功效,夏枯草具有散热消肿、清热解毒、凉血止血的功效;以没药和乳香为佐药,二者均具有行气活血、消肿生肌的功效;以甘草为使药,甘草本身具有清热解毒的功效,同时可用于调和君、臣、佐药。全方可减轻伤口疼痛,促进伤口愈合。
(2)本发明在将中药成分制备成浓缩液的时候,先用含有白醋的去离子水中浸泡,有利于中药中的有效成分先溶出一部分,然后采取在砂锅中小火熬煮的方法,能够促进中药中有效成分的完全溶出,从而可以减轻伤者的疼痛感,促进伤口愈合。
(3)本发明通过在浓缩液中添加羧甲基壳聚糖生理盐水溶液,能够促进上皮细胞的生长,进而提高弹性绷带促进伤口愈合的速度和功效。
(4)本发明将含有氨纶的医用绷带用无纺布在抗菌剂含量在70wt%以上的水溶液中浸泡,无纺布本身具有较好的弹性,抗菌剂由银浓度较高的纳米银溶胶和甲壳素组成,可以综合发挥抗菌作用,同时具有一定的粘着性,而柠檬酸能够促进甲壳素抗菌性的有效发挥;无纺布浸泡后采取先自然晾晒再用烘干机烘干的方式去除内部水分,使抗菌剂能在自然晾晒的过程中附着在无纺布上,然后在烘干机烘干过程中得到固定,避免直接烘干时温度较高造成抗菌性作用减弱。
(5)本发明在制备可减轻疼痛并促进伤口愈合的弹性绷带的过程中,通过先将聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯混合制得胶粘剂喷涂在抗菌弹性无纺布的两面,再以中药浓缩液为浸轧液对抗菌弹性无纺布进行浸轧,能够使有效成分呈现在抗菌弹性无纺布的表面,提高有效成分与伤口的接触面积,从而增强其减轻伤者疼痛感、促进伤口愈合的功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施例的限制。
实施例1
一种可减轻疼痛并促进伤口愈合的抗菌型弹性绷带,包括抗菌弹性无纺布,所述抗菌弹性无纺布的两面均依次涂覆有一层胶粘剂和一层有效成分,所述胶粘剂的制备原料包括以下重量份的组分:聚氨酯20份,丙烯酸酯22.5份;所述有效成分包括以下重量份的组分:黄芪18份,柴胡15份,赤芍10份,丹参12份,夏枯草10份,没药8份,乳香8份,甘草5份。
具体制备方法如下:
(1)将聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯混合后加入混炼机内,升温至80~100℃,搅拌混合2h,得胶粘剂;

实施例2

(5)将浸轧后的抗菌弹性无纺布于60~80℃下真空干燥30~60min,然后进行曲缩处理,最后采用Co-60γ射线辐照灭菌,灭菌剂量为15~35kGy,即得目标产品。

分别对实施例1至实施例5制备的可减轻疼痛并促进伤口愈合的抗菌型弹性绷带进行初粘性、透气性、抗菌性和功效性的测定:
1、初粘性测定:取实施例1至5制备的可减轻疼痛并促进伤口愈合的抗菌型弹性绷带样品5cm×5cm片样,按照GB/T4852-2002压敏胶粘带初粘性试验方法(滚球法)对各实施例进行测定,根据弹性绷带其中一面吸附的小球数确定各样片初粘性大小,结果见表1;
2、透气性测定:取实施例1至5制备的可减轻疼痛并促进伤口愈合的抗菌型弹性绷带样品5cm×5cm片样,按照YY/T 0471.2-2004接触性创面敷料试验方法第2部分:透气膜敷料水蒸气透过率,对各样片进行测定(样品水蒸气透过性大于500g/m2·h时具有较好的透气透水性),结果见表2;
3、抗菌性测定:取实施例1至5制备的可减轻疼痛并促进伤口愈合的抗菌型弹性绷带样品5cm×5cm片样,按照GB/T20944.3-2008对样品进行测试(样品对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌的抑菌率≥70%,样品具有抗菌性效果;样品对白色念珠菌的抑菌率≥60%,样品具有抗菌性效果;),结果见表3;
4、功效性测定:
选取体型大小、健康状况相似的大鼠25只,随机分为5组,每组5只,采用手术方法将大鼠背部剪毛后,用4%硫化钠脱毛,温水清洗后拭干,次日在5%水合氯醛0.8ml/100g腹腔注射麻醉下,常规消毒铺巾于背部脊椎两侧1cm处,平行脊椎分别做长约5cm的切口,切开皮肤、皮下组织,深达肌层;如有轻微出血则以无菌棉球擦拭止血后,角针3-0丝线缝合,送回鼠盒中,完全苏醒后正常饲养5d,在此过程中;按照分组将长度一致的各实施例中的弹性绷带以相同方法包扎在创面上,每天更换一次,连续更换5d,过程中观察各组大鼠对疼痛的反应情况,并观察大鼠表面疤痕修复情况,结果见表4。

由表中数据可以看书出,本发明实施例1至5制备的可减轻疼痛并促进伤口愈合的抗菌型弹性绷带具有较好的初粘性、透气性和抗菌性,同时减轻疼痛并促进伤口愈合的功效性明显。
