Abstract

技术领域：
本发明属于中药技术领域，尤其是用于创伤性伤口的中药。
背景技术：
有些创伤性外伤的患者，伤口容易污染，虽然经过清洗和消毒，仍然有一部分伤口发生了感染，给患者造成了痛苦，延缓了愈合，加重了患者的负担。为此，我们在对创伤性伤口的处理在常规处理的基础上进行了中药外敷的处理，取得较好的效果。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种用于创伤性伤口的中药，本发明所述的中药具有迅速止血、消肿止疼、防止伤口感染、促进伤口愈合的作用。
本发明的药物组成及制作方法如下：取侧柏叶40克，象皮15克，大黄40克，五灵脂9克，黄柏10克，没药9克，蒲黄10克，延胡索15克，无名异5克，三七10克和枣树皮6克混合粉碎至200目后，放入压力锅中，加入350克水，然后在70Pa压力下煮5-8分钟后取出；待温度降至30度左右时加入60克蜂蜜和6克冰片即可。
用时将煮后的药物，调成糊状，然后根据伤口的大小剪取油纸，将糊状药物放到油纸上，将带有药物的油纸贴敷到伤口上。
本发明的有益效果：创伤后的伤口经外敷此药，能保持伤口的有利环境，不干燥，有利于坏死组织的脱落，保持伤口基底的清洁，减少感染危险，保护创面，促进愈合。
本发明的药理：侧柏叶，凉血，止血，祛风湿，散肿毒；象皮，治外伤出血，及一切创伤，生肌，用于疮疡久不收口；大黄，泻热通肠，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经，用于跌打损伤，外治水火烫伤等；五灵脂，活血散瘀；黄柏，清热燥湿，泻火除蒸，解毒疗疮；没药，散血去瘀，消肿定痛，治跌打损伤；蒲黄，止血，化瘀，通淋。用于外伤出血、跌打肿痛等；延胡索，活血，利气，止痛，用于跌扑肿痛等；无名异，活血止血，消肿定痛，用于跌打损伤，痈疽肿毒，创伤出血；三七，具有散瘀止血，消肿定痛之功效，主治外伤出血，跌仆肿痛等；枣树皮，收敛止泻，消炎，止血；治外伤出血等。蜂蜜，补中，润燥，止痛，解毒，抗菌消炎、促进组织再生，其防腐作用极强，促进伤口愈合，防止感染；冰片，清热解毒、防腐生肌。诸药有协同作用。
病例：疗效标准是：其中显效是伤口完全愈合；无效是症状无改变。具体的比较为：治疗组100例，对照组30例，经过用本发明药物的治疗组无一发生感染，伤口愈合而一般7～13天，患者感觉舒适，显效的100例，无效的没有，其有效率100％。而用已有方法的对照组显效的26例，无效的有4例，且发生了感染，该对照组的有效率86.6％。
刘某，男，28岁，因车祸被拉入医院，入院时伤口污染严重，查体：下肢足部多发性开放性损伤，给予清创、消毒、缝合、包扎等处理后，局部用本发明创伤性伤口的中药外敷，隔日换药一次，7日后伤口愈合，拆线出院。
倪某，男，23岁，在劳动时手部不慎受伤，急送入我院外科治疗，局部给予清创缝合，外用本发明创伤性伤口的中药，3日一次，患者感觉舒适，无明显疼痛，10日后愈合。
谢某，女，19岁，因车祸而受伤，被急救车送来，患者的脸部被擦伤，疼痛剧烈，未缝合，局部给予生理盐水清创，碘伏消毒，酒精脱碘，痛感明显，给予本发明创伤性伤口的中药外敷、包扎，即缓解了疼痛，隔日换药后未再包扎，未出现感染及色素沉着，换药三次后痊愈。
董某，女，40岁，左手拇指刀伤，接诊后缝合5针，局部用本发明创伤性伤口的中药外敷，隔日换药一次，7日后伤口愈合，拆线出院。
具体实施方式：
实施例一：取侧柏叶40克，象皮15克，大黄40克，五灵脂9克，黄柏10克，没药9克，蒲黄10克，延胡索15克，无名异5克，三七10克和枣树皮6克混合粉碎至200目后，放入压力锅中，加入350克水，然后在70Pa压力下煮5分钟后取出；待温度降至30度左右时加入60克蜂蜜和6克冰片即可。
