自粘弹性绷带上的胶粘剂不仅用于自粘便于固定,还会与患者皮肤直接接触。目前的非乳胶胶粘剂配方简单,使用效果一般,这样当患者伤口较为严重时,容易发生细菌感染、伤口发炎发痒等症状,给患者增加了痛感,使用效果不好,给患者带来了较大的麻烦。

针对现有技术不足,本发明提供一种抗菌止痒型非乳胶自粘弹性绷带及其制备方法,本发明克服了现有技术的不足,能有效提高非乳胶胶粘剂的抗菌和止痒效果,即使患者伤口较为严重,也能有效防止和缓解细菌感染、伤口发炎发痒等症状,降低患者的痛感,从而提高患者的舒适度,使用效果好,适宜推广。

(3)将仙鹤草、萹蓄、地肤子、雷公藤、海桐皮和苦参洗净后切碎,再加入2-4倍体积的去离子水,先小火熬煮至沸腾,再自然冷却至室温,后将其混合物研磨成浆,再将所得浆液压滤,取滤液并将其浓缩至原体积的1/3,得提取液备用;
(4)将制得的抗菌辅料和提取液依次加入上述步骤(1)中的混炼机内并于胶粘剂基料混合,再加入湿润剂和消泡剂,后降压并搅拌混炼1-2h得胶粘剂备用;
(5)将制得的胶粘剂通过高压喷涂的方式涂覆在全棉弹性基布的两面,后将其在100-120℃条件下真空干燥30-50min得到产品。
优选的,步骤(1)中调整转速至40-60r/min,步骤(2)中调整高速分散机的转速至800-1000r/min,且步骤(4)中调整转速至100-200r/min。

(2)本发明采用仙鹤草、萹蓄、地肤子、雷公藤、海桐皮和苦参制得提取液,能有效提升胶粘剂的止痒效果,成分天然,安全无污染,并且通过将其依次经切碎、小火煎煮、沸腾、研磨成浆、压滤和浓缩等工序,能有效提取出其中的止痒因子,从而有效防止伤口发痒,提高患者的舒适度,适宜推广。

(4)将制得的抗菌辅料和提取液依次加入上述步骤(1)中的混炼机内并于胶粘剂基料混合,再加入湿润剂和消泡剂,后降压并搅拌混炼1-2h得胶粘剂备用;
(5)将制得的胶粘剂通过高压喷涂的方式涂覆在全棉弹性基布的两面,后将其在100-120℃条件下真空干燥30-50min得到产品。
其中,步骤(1)中调整转速至40-60r/min,步骤(2)中调整高速分散机的转速至800-1000r/min,且步骤(4)中调整转速至100-200r/min;步骤(4)中以3-5KPa/min的速度降压至40-60KPa。
实施例3:
一种抗菌止痒型非乳胶自粘弹性绷带,所述非乳胶自粘弹性绷带由全棉弹性基布和涂覆在全棉弹性基布两面的胶粘剂组成,所述胶粘剂由以下重量份的原料制成:聚丙烯酸酯45份、聚氨酯40份、载银磷酸锆20份、氨基酸银14份、肉桂挥发油12份、羟乙基纤维素6份、仙鹤草15份、萹蓄13份、地肤子12份、雷公藤10份、海桐皮7份、苦参6份、稳定剂4份、湿润剂5份、消泡剂4份。
其中,所述稳定剂为磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠和磷酸钠中的一种或多种;所述湿润剂为乙二醇、甘油、山梨醇和烷基磺酸钠盐中的一种或多种;所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的一种或多种。
所述非乳胶自粘弹性绷带的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯混合后加入混炼机内,并且升温至80-100℃,搅拌混合2-4h得胶粘剂基料备用;
(2)将载银磷酸锆、氨基酸银、肉桂挥发油和羟乙基纤维素混合后打入高速分散机中,升温至40-60℃,高速分散20-30min后,加入稳定剂,再将其混合物置于保温箱中,并且在60-80℃条件下保温渗透40-60min得抗菌辅料备用;
(3)将仙鹤草、萹蓄、地肤子、雷公藤、海桐皮和苦参洗净后切碎,再加入2-4倍体积的去离子水,先小火熬煮至沸腾,再自然冷却至室温,后将其混合物研磨成浆,再将所得浆液压滤,取滤液并将其浓缩至原体积的1/3,得提取液备用;
(4)将制得的抗菌辅料和提取液依次加入上述步骤(1)中的混炼机内并于胶粘剂基料混合,再加入湿润剂和消泡剂,后降压并搅拌混炼1-2h得胶粘剂备用;
(5)将制得的胶粘剂通过高压喷涂的方式涂覆在全棉弹性基布的两面,后将其在100-120℃条件下真空干燥30-50min得到产品。
其中,步骤(1)中调整转速至40-60r/min,步骤(2)中调整高速分散机的转速至800-1000r/min,且步骤(4)中调整转速至100-200r/min;步骤(4)中以3-5KPa/min的速度降压至40-60KPa。

1.一种抗菌止痒型非乳胶自粘弹性绷带,其特征在于,所述非乳胶自粘弹性绷带由全棉弹性基布和涂覆在全棉弹性基布两面的胶粘剂组成,所述胶粘剂由以下重量份的原料制成:聚丙烯酸酯35-45份、聚氨酯30-40份、载银磷酸锆16-20份、氨基酸银10-14份、肉桂挥发油8-12份、羟乙基纤维素2-6份、仙鹤草13-15份、萹蓄11-13份、地肤子10-12份、雷公藤8-10份、海桐皮5-7份、苦参4-6份、稳定剂2-4份、湿润剂3-5份、消泡剂2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌止痒型非乳胶自粘弹性绷带,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂由以下重量份的原料制成:聚丙烯酸酯40份、聚氨酯35份、载银磷酸锆18份、氨基酸银12份、肉桂挥发油10份、羟乙基纤维素4份、仙鹤草14份、萹蓄12份、地肤子11份、雷公藤9份、海桐皮6份、苦参5份、稳定剂3份、湿润剂4份、消泡剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌止痒型非乳胶自粘弹性绷带,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠和磷酸钠中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌止痒型非乳胶自粘弹性绷带,其特征在于,所述湿润剂为乙二醇、甘油、山梨醇和烷基磺酸钠盐中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌止痒型非乳胶自粘弹性绷带,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的一种或多种。
6.一种抗菌止痒型非乳胶自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述非乳胶自粘弹性绷带的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯混合后加入混炼机内,并且升温至80-100℃,搅拌混合2-4h得胶粘剂基料备用;
(2)将载银磷酸锆、氨基酸银、肉桂挥发油和羟乙基纤维素混合后打入高速分散机中,升温至40-60℃,高速分散20-30min后,加入稳定剂,再将其混合物置于保温箱中,并且在60-80℃条件下保温渗透40-60min得抗菌辅料备用;
(3)将仙鹤草、萹蓄、地肤子、雷公藤、海桐皮和苦参洗净后切碎,再加入2-4倍体积的去离子水,先小火熬煮至沸腾,再自然冷却至室温,后将其混合物研磨成浆,再将所得浆液压滤,取滤液并将其浓缩至原体积的1/3,得提取液备用;
(4)将制得的抗菌辅料和提取液依次加入上述步骤(1)中的混炼机内并于胶粘剂基料混合,再加入湿润剂和消泡剂,后降压并搅拌混炼1-2h得胶粘剂备用;
(5)将制得的胶粘剂通过高压喷涂的方式涂覆在全棉弹性基布的两面,后将其在100-120℃条件下真空干燥30-50min得到产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗菌止痒型非乳胶自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中调整转速至40-60r/min,步骤(2)中调整高速分散机的转速至800-1000r/min,且步骤(4)中调整转速至100-200r/min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗菌止痒型非乳胶自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中以3-5KPa/min的速度降压至40-60KPa。
