Description
本発明によって与えられる利点によれば、この必要性は、回避されないのであれば、有意に最小化される。
本発明による酵素組成物を用いた方法は、洗浄水溶液の清浄化を含んでいる。本発明による酵素組成物の使用方法は、汚れを取り除く方法および種々の洗浄用途における洗浄水からの廃水源の品質を向上させる方法を、更に含んでいる。本発明の態様によれば、酵素は、洗浄水源中の汚れの内容物を低減する、または除去する。本発明の好ましい態様では、本発明の方法による酵素の使用で、洗浄水源中の汚れの水準の完全な除去を与える。また、向上した清浄化および持続可能性を与えることの更なる利点が、本発明によって説明される。
本発明による方法で用いるための酵素組成物は、清浄化、汚れの除去および洗浄水源からの廃水の品質の向上をするための酵素を与える。酵素組成物の目的は、粘着性の汚れ、例えば汚れた表面に見られ、そして洗浄剤組成物によって洗浄水源中に取り除かれるデンプンまたはタンパク質物質を分解することである。酵素組成物は、洗浄剤(detergent)もしくは他の洗浄剤(cleaning agent)によって、一度、汚れが洗浄水中に容易に分散されるようになると、洗浄水源中の汚れを低減および/または除去する。
本発明の方法で使用するための酵素組成物は、更に酵素安定化剤を含むことができる。当業者は、例えば、米国特許第7,569,532号明細書および第6,638,902号明細書(これらを参照することによって本発明の内容とする)中に記載されたような、好適な酵素安定化剤および/または本発明による使用に好適な酵素組成物の安定化系を確認するであろう。本発明の態様によれば、酵素安定化系は、炭酸塩および重炭酸塩の混合物を含むことができ、そして特定の酵素を安定化するか、または炭酸塩および重炭酸塩の混合物の効果を高めるもしくは維持する他の成分を含むことができる。酵素安定化剤は、ホウ素化合物またはカルシウム塩を更に含むことができる。例えば、酵素安定化剤は、ボロン酸、ホウ酸、ホウ酸塩、ポリボレートおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれたホウ素化合物であることができる。
本発明による方法は、酵素組成物と組み合わせて洗浄剤組成物を含むことができる使用水溶液を用いる。本発明による方法は、本発明の方法と組み合わせて用いる洗浄剤の洗浄力を向上させることを含む、多くの有益な結果を有する、洗浄水源の清浄化を指向している。本発明の態様によれば、酵素は、洗浄用途において、洗浄水を清浄化するけれども、基材は洗浄しないが、それは酵素と基材の間の短い接触の継続時間に負うところが大きい。しかしながら、本発明による酵素組成物は、洗浄剤の、洗浄水中の汚れによって消費されるのではなく、水中で作用する能力を向上させることによって、洗浄用途の基材の洗浄を援ける。結果として、洗浄剤組成物は、洗浄する目的の基材の表面上で、より有効である。
使用水溶液を用いる本発明による方法は、酵素組成物、洗浄剤組成物および/または酵素と洗浄剤の組み合わせの組成物と組み合わせて用いられる付加的な成分を更に含むことができる。酵素組成物、洗浄剤組成物、酵素と洗浄剤の混合された組成物に組み込むことができる、および/または独立して水源に加えられる付加的な成分としては、溶媒、染料、香料、再堆積防止剤、腐食防止剤、緩衝剤、消泡剤、抗微生物剤、保存料、キレータ、漂白剤およびそれらの組み合わせが挙げられる。
実地試験で、市販の皿洗機の液溜めの洗浄水中のデンプン濃度を低下させるために、Apex器物洗浄用洗浄剤に酵素を加えることの実行可能性を評価した。試験は、デンプンの低減をなし得ると、より良好なガラス器の結果をもたらしながら、食品汚れに対してより少ない洗浄剤を必要とさせると仮定した。基準の製品と比べて、酵素組成物を含む配合物が、皿洗機の液溜め中のデンプン濃度を低下させることを実証した場合に、製品の肯定的な試験結果が得られた。更に、匹敵するカプセル収率とガラス器の結果を解析した。Power Fusion(登録商標)を、下記の配合を有する基準の製品(対照)として用いた。
1.0%Amylaseを使用した基準の洗浄剤からの変化は、デンプン濃度の初期の増加をもたらしたが、液溜め壁上のデンプンの蓄積の、酵素による除去の結果であると仮説を立てられる。一度このデンプンが除去されると、4週まで、液溜め中にでんぷんがほとんど、または全く検出されずに、酵素は通常の日々のデンプンの付加を処理することができた。器物洗浄系を、次いで1%から0.1%Amylase製品へと切り替えた。液溜め中で、デンプン濃度の初期の増加が観察された。この高くなったデンプン濃度は、4週間に亘って観察された。その後、この検出された濃度は、次の5週間に亘って増加した。
本発明の要旨は、以下のとおりである。
(1)(a)酵素組成物を水と接触させることによって使用水溶液を生成させること、該使用水溶液は、約0.1ppm〜100ppmの酵素の間である、および
(b)該使用水溶液で、洗浄水源を清浄化すること、
を含んでなる、洗浄水源の清浄化方法。
(2)前記酵素が、アミラーゼである、(1)記載の方法。
(3)前記酵素が、プロテアーゼである、(1)記載の方法。
(4)前記酵素が、リパーゼである、(1)記載の方法。
(5)前記酵素が、アミラーゼ、プロテアーゼ、リパーゼ、セルラーゼ、クチナーゼ、gluconaseおよび/またはペルオキシダーゼ酵素の1種もしくは2種以上の組み合わせである、(1)〜(4)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(6)前記使用水溶液が、洗浄剤組成物を更に含む、(1)〜(5)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(7)前記洗浄剤組成物が、液体洗浄剤組成物または固体成型洗浄剤組成物である、(6)記載の方法。
(8)洗浄剤組成物を、該洗浄剤および洗浄水源と接触させた基材を洗浄するために加えることを更に含む、(1)〜(7)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(9)前記洗浄工程が、前記洗浄剤組成物と接触させた複数の基材を洗浄すること、および
前記使用水溶液で清浄化された洗浄水源なしでの洗浄用途よりも向上した洗浄力を示すこと、を更に含む、(1)〜(8)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(10)前記基材が、布帛、器物、硬質表面、例えば健康管理機器、車両手入れ表面およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれる、(1)〜(9)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(11)前記酵素組成物が、溶媒、染料、香料、再堆積防止剤、腐食防止剤、緩衝剤、消泡剤、抗微生物剤、保存料、キレータおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の付加的な成分を更に含む、(1)〜(10)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(12)前記使用水溶液が、約0.1ppm〜約50ppmの酵素の範囲である、(1)〜(11)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(13)前記使用水溶液が、約0.1ppm〜約20ppmの酵素の範囲である、(1)〜(12)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(14)(a)酵素組成物を水源と接触させることによって使用水溶液を生成すること、該使用水溶液は、約0.1ppm〜約100ppmの酵素を有している、ならびに
(b)該使用水溶液で洗浄水源を清浄化すること、該清浄化は、該洗浄水源から汚れを除去して、該洗浄水源から生成された廃水源の品質を向上させる、
を含んでなる、汚れを除去し、かつ洗浄水源からの廃水の品質を向上させる方法。
(15)前記汚れの除去が、前記洗浄水源中の汚れの水準の低減によって定量化される、(14)記載の方法。
(16)前記酵素が、アミラーゼである、(14)または(15)の方法。
(17)前記酵素が、プロテアーゼである、(14)または(15)記載の方法。
(18)前記酵素が、アミラーゼ、プロテアーゼ、リパーゼ、セルラーゼ、クチナーゼ、gluconaseおよび/またはペルオキシダーゼ酵素の1種もしくは2種以上の組み合わせである、(14)または(15)記載の方法。
(19)前記使用水溶液が、液体洗浄剤組成物または固体洗浄剤組成物を更に含む、(14)〜(18)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(20)前記酵素組成物が、溶媒、染料、香料、再堆積防止剤、腐食防止剤、緩衝剤、消泡剤、抗微生物剤、保存料、キレータおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の付加的な成分を更に含む、(14)〜(19)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(21)前記使用水溶液が、約0.1ppm〜約50ppmの酵素の範囲である、(14)〜(20)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(22)前記使用水溶液が、約0.1ppm〜約20ppmの酵素の範囲である、(14)〜(21)のいずれか1項記載の方法。
(23)(a)酵素組成物と洗浄剤組成物を水と接触させることによって使用水溶液を生成させること、該使用水溶液は、約0.1ppm〜100ppmの範囲である、ならびに、
(b)該使用水溶液で洗浄水源を清浄化すること、ならびに、
(c)該洗浄水源の持続可能性を向上させること、
を含んでなる、洗浄水の清浄化用途の持続可能性を向上させる方法。
(24)前記酵素が、アミラーゼ、プロテアーゼ、リパーゼ、セルラーゼ、クチナーゼ、gluconase、ペルオキシダーゼおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた1種である、(23)記載の方法。
Claims (10)
- 洗浄水の寿命を延ばすための洗浄水源の清浄化方法であって、
(a)酵素組成物を水と接触させることによって使用水溶液を生成させること、該使用水溶液は、0.1ppm〜100ppmの酵素を含んでいる、
(b)該形成された使用水溶液を、該酵素組成物から流出させること、
(c)該使用水溶液を洗浄水源と接触させること、該洗浄水源は、前の洗浄用途からの汚れを含んでいる、
(d)該使用水溶液で、該洗浄水源を清浄化すること、ここで、該使用水溶液内の酵素は、該汚れを分解(digest)または分解(degrade)することによって、該洗浄水源中の汚れを除去して、清澄な洗浄水源を生成させる、および
(e)該清浄化された洗浄水源を、次の洗浄用途に再使用すること、
を含んでなる、洗浄水源の清浄化方法。 - 前記酵素が、アミラーゼである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記酵素が、プロテアーゼである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記酵素が、リパーゼである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記酵素が、アミラーゼ、プロテアーゼ、リパーゼ、セルラーゼ、クチナーゼ、グルコナーゼおよび/またはペルオキシダーゼ酵素の1種もしくは2種以上の組み合わせである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記使用水溶液が、洗浄剤組成物を更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄剤組成物が、液体洗浄剤組成物または固体成型洗浄剤組成物である、請求項6記載の方法。
- 洗浄剤組成物を、該洗浄剤および洗浄水源と接触させた基材を洗浄するために加えることを更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄工程が、前記洗浄剤と接触させた複数の基材を洗浄することを更に含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記基材が、布帛、器物、硬質表面、例えば健康管理機器、車両手入れ表面およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれる、請求項9記載の方法。
