Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施例に係るバッテリーパックの縦断面図である。図2は図1のバッテリーパックに備えられた穿孔ユニットの部分拡大図である。図3は、図2の穿孔ユニットに備えられたピン部材がパウチ型バッテリーセルの方向へ接近した状態を示す図である。
図4は、本発明の第2実施例に係るバッテリーパックの縦断面図である。
前記第1実施例と第2実施例は、パウチ型バッテリーセル20に近くなるか遠くなる方向に沿ってピン部材32の位置を調節することができるとの特徴がある。
Claims (6)
- 複数個のパウチ型バッテリーセル;
前記パウチ型バッテリーセルの厚さ方向の膨張を抑制する隔壁を有し、前記隔壁によって区画された空間にそれぞれのパウチ型バッテリーセルを収容するケース; 及び
前記パウチ型バッテリーセルの表面のうち、前記隔壁によって支持されていない部位を突くため前記ケースに設けられ、前記パウチ型バッテリーセルの個数と同一個数のピン部材を有する穿孔ユニット;を含み、
前記ピン部材は、前記パウチ型バッテリーセルの表面との距離調節ができるよう前記ケースに設けられていることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記パウチ型バッテリーセルは、前記ピン部材が設けられた方向に向かって表面に突出され形成された突起部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ケースは、前記複数個のパウチ型バッテリーセルの幅方向の膨張を許容する空間部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記それぞれのピン部材の位置を調節する調節レバーを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ピン部材の位置を同時に調節する調節レバーを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記それぞれのピン部材に連動され、回転運動を前記ピン部材の長さ方向の直線運動に変換する第1ギア; 及び
複数個の第1ギアとそれぞれ噛み合う複数個の第2ギアを有し、前記調節レバーの回転に伴い共に回転する調節軸;をさらに含む請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
