Description
Claims (21)
- ガラスセラミックの基板とスズに対して2〜6重量%のアンチモンを含有し20〜2000nmの厚さを有する酸化スズ結晶層とを含むガラスセラミック板を具えた暖炉であって、前記酸化スズ層は3000nm未満のプラズマエッジを有して赤外線を反射し可視領域で透明な単層反射層として形成され、前記ガラスセラミック板は3000nmと4000nmとの間の波長において30%超の反射率を有し可視光領域において40%超の平均透過率を有することを特徴とする暖炉。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層が、前記基板に直接隣接している請求項1に記載の暖炉。
- 結合剤の層が前記基板と前記酸化スズ結晶層との間に配置されている請求項1に記載の暖炉。
- 反射防止層が前記酸化スズ結晶層上に導入されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の暖炉。
- 前記ガラスセラミック板が、熱負荷の下で成形した後に、3000nmと4000nmとの間の波長において40%超の反射率を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の暖炉。
- 前記ガラスセラミック板が、可視光領域において50%超の平均透過率を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の暖炉。
- 前記ガラスセラミック板が、可視光領域において70%超の平均透過率を有する請求項6に記載の暖炉。
- 前記ガラスセラミック板が、曲がった形態に成形されている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の暖炉。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層が、200〜1000nmの厚さを有する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の暖炉。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層が、600〜700nmの厚さを有する請求項9記載の暖炉。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層が、850℃超の永久使用温度を有するように形成された請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の暖炉。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層が、2500nm未満のプラズマエッジを有する請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の暖炉。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層が、2000nm未満のプラズマエッジを有する請求項12記載の暖炉。
- 赤外線を反射するガラスセラミック板の製造方法であって、
ガラスセラミックの基板を準備する工程と、
スズに対して2〜6重量%のアンチモンを含有し20〜2000nmの厚さを有する可視領域で透明な酸化スズ結晶層を、前記基板上に堆積する工程と、を含み、
前記酸化スズ結晶層は3000nm未満のプラズマエッジを有し、
前記ガラスセラミック板は3000nmと4000nmとの間の波長において30%超の反射率を有し可視光領域において40%超の平均透過率を有し、
前記堆積する工程が、前記酸化スズ結晶層をスパッタリングによって前記基板上に堆積させた後、該基板を少なくとも550℃に加熱することを含み、
前記ガラスセラミック板を高温状態でさらに曲げ成形することを含む方法。 - 前記酸化スズ結晶層をマグネトロンスパッタリングによって堆積させる請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層を酸化アンチモンと酸化スズとを含有するセラミックターゲットを使用するスパッタリングによって堆積させる請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記スパッタリング中に酸素を調節する請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層をグリーンガラス上に堆積させ、続いてこれをセラミック化する請求項14〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層の前記堆積後に、前記基板を少なくとも850℃に加熱する請求項14〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層の前記堆積後に、前記基板を焼き戻す請求項14〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化スズ結晶層の前記堆積中に、前記ガラスセラミック板を150〜600℃の温度に維持する請求項14〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
