Description
図1には、複数のPD液袋及びそれらに関連する配管に対応するよう設計されたカート12に載置された、可搬型PDサイクラー10が示されている。サイクラー10の前部には、患者によって操作されるよう設計されたユーザインターフェイスを提供するコントロールパネル12と、ヒンジで連結されたドア14の後ろにある与圧されたカセット室とが設けられている。カセット(図示せず)は、複数のチャネルと、複数の柔軟なバルブドームと、隔壁で覆われた複数のポンプ室とを有する。これらは、空気弁とピストンとの組み合わせがカセット室と相互作用することによって作動され、袋からのPD液の流れを、サイクラーを通して患者に向かわせ、患者から排出管に向かわせる。上記カセット及びカセット室の更なる詳細は、上述の米国特許出願第11/069195号に開示されている。カセットは、その下縁部に沿って配列された複数の配管コネクタ16を有する。図1に示されるように、コネクタはドア14の下方に延出し、配管に接続される。
図4〜図6は、110又は220VACにおける加熱回路の全体的な動作の概要を示し、図7〜図11は、回路の実装例即ち実施形態を説明するための詳細な模式図である。

Claims (8)
- 110VAC又は220VACのいずれかの電源電圧において作動可能な可搬型腹膜透析器であって、
腹膜透析液供給源と、
患者の腹腔へ前記腹膜透析液を通すための患者ラインを含むサイクラーであって、所定量の加熱された前記腹膜透析液を前記患者ラインを介して前記患者の腹腔に送出するサイクラーと、
前記腹膜透析液を前記患者に送出する前に該腹膜透析液を温めるために複数の抵抗加熱要素を伴う加熱回路と、
前記腹膜透析液を体温に維持するために前記加熱回路への命令信号を生成するコントローラと、および
前記電源電圧が110VACであるか又は220VACであるかを検出し、且つ該電源電圧を示す電圧論理出力を生成するための電圧検出回路とを備え、
前記加熱回路が、
前記加熱要素を通る電流を流すために該加熱要素と電気的に接続された、複数のトライアックからなるトライアックアレイと、
前記電源電圧が110VAC又は220VACであるかに関わらず、前記加熱要素が、前記腹膜透析液をほぼ同じ率で加熱するように、前記トライアックアレイに接続され、前記電圧論理出力および前記命令信号に応答して、前記加熱要素に220VACを印加するように、前記加熱要素を直列接続する第1の電流経路又は前記加熱要素に110VACを印加するように、センタータップを介して前記加熱要素を並列接続する第2の電流経路のいずれか1つを選択するように前記アレイ内の個々の前記トライアックの状態を切り換えるスイッチ回路とを備え、
該スイッチ回路が、前記電圧論理出力により前記電源電圧が110VACであることが示されるとき、前記第1の電流経路を形成するために関連する前記トライアックの第1の組を閉じ、且つ前記電圧論理出力により前記電源電圧が220VACであることが示されるとき、前記第2の電流経路を形成するために関連する前記トライアックの第2の組を閉じるように構成されたスイッチ制御回路を含むことを特徴とする可搬型腹膜透析器。 - 前記加熱要素が加熱トレーに関連付けられており、且つ前記腹膜透析液供給源が、前記加熱トレー上の加熱袋を含み、前記サイクラーが前記腹膜透析液を前記加熱袋から前記患者ラインに送出するように接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可搬型腹膜透析器。
- 前記コントローラと前記加熱回路との間に少なくとも1つの光結合器をさらに備え、前記命令信号が、前記光結合器を介して前記加熱回路に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可搬型腹膜透析器。
- 前記トライアックアレイが、前記1つ以上の光結合器から受信した1つ以上の信号の少なくとも一部に基づいて、1つ以上の前記加熱要素を通る電流の流れを変えるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可搬型腹膜透析器。
- 前記1つ以上の光結合器が前記スイッチ回路に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の可搬型腹膜透析装置。
- 少なくとも2つの前記加熱要素が、前記電源電圧が110VACのときに並列接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可搬型腹膜透析器。
- 前記腹膜透析液の温度を表す温度信号を前記コントローラに供給するように構成された温度センサをさらに備え、前記コントローラが、前記温度信号の少なくとも一部に基づいて、前記命令信号を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可搬型腹膜透析器。
- 110VAC又は220VACのいずれかの電源電圧において作動可能な腹膜透析器の作動方法であって、
腹膜透析液を温める工程、
患者の腹腔へ前記腹膜透析液を通す工程、
前記腹膜透析液を体温に維持するための命令信号を生成する工程、
電源電圧が220VAC又は110VACであるかを検出する工程、
前記電源電圧を示す電圧論理出力を生成する工程、
前記命令信号に応答し且つ前記電圧論理出力に基づいて、前記電源電圧が110VAC又は220VACであるかに関わらず、加熱要素が、前記腹膜透析液をほぼ同じ率で加熱するよう、前記加熱要素に電気的に接続された、複数のトライアックからなるトライアックアレイが前記加熱要素に220VACを印加する、直列接続の第1の電流経路又は前記加熱要素に110VACを印加する、センタータップを介した並列接続の第2の電流経路のいずれか1つを選択するように前記トライアックの状態を切り換える工程を有し、
前記電圧論理出力により前記電源電圧が110VACであることが示されるとき、前記第1の電流経路を形成するために関連する前記トライアックの第1の組が閉じられ、且つ前記電圧論理出力により前記電源電圧が220VACであることが示されるとき、前記第2の電流経路を形成するために関連する前記トライアックの第2の組が閉じられることを特徴とする腹膜透析器の作動方法。
