- 回収すべき汚染流体(30)を収容する少なくとも1つのタンク(4)を有する船舶を備え、この船舶は、この船舶の甲板(2)を貫通する複数の導管(5)を有し、各導管は、前記タンク内の上部コーナの近部で開口する第1の端部と、前記船舶の外側から直接アクセス可能な第2の端部とを有する組立体であって、
前記タンク(4)は、底面と、上面と、4つの側面とを有し、隣接した2つの側面は、前記底面から上面に延び前記上部コーナを夫々有する4つのコーナを規定しており、
下端開口部が、前記タンクの底面近くに位置するように、沈んだ前記船舶の前記複数の導管(5)の1つに挿脱可能に滑り込ませ、前記コーナに沿って延出し、タンク内の汚染流体を下端開口部を介してタンクの外側に排出するための手段を形成する少なくとも1つのニードル(15)を備え、前記複数の導管(5)の1つは、船舶の位置により決定されることを特徴とする組立体。 - 各導管は、前記船舶(1)の甲板(2)からアクセス可能なフランジ(7)が上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記フランジ(7)は、断裂板(8)により閉鎖されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組立体。
- 前記断裂板(8)は、ほぼ円形の弱い線(9)を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組立体。
- 前記断裂板(8)は、取外し可能な保護プレート(10)により覆われていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の組立体。
- 前記保護プレート(10)は、前記断裂板(8)にボルト止めされることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組立体。
- 各導管(5)は、ほぼ管状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の組立体。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の組立体と共に汚染流体を回収するための方法であって、
A−前記導管(5)を囲む断裂板(8)に固定された保護プレート(10)を取り外し、
B−前記断裂板(8)を断裂し、
C−前記船舶の沈んだ位置に応じて、前記タンク(4)の上部又は底部にアクセスするため、前記導管(5)の少なくとも1つに少なくとも1つのニードルを導入し、
D−少なくとも1つの前記導管(5)に少なくとも1つの回収ライン(16)を接続し、
E−前記タンク(4)の最も低い点に加圧された水を導入し、
F−前記少なくとも1つの回収ライン(16)から汚染流体(30)を回収する、工程
を備える方法。
