Mn:0.65〜0.9、
P:≦0.020、
S:≦0.02、
Cu:≦0.20、
N:0.005〜0.012質量%
と、残部鉄と、不可避的不純物とからなる、ベイナイト鋼。 - Siの前記含有量が、0.85〜0.95質量%である、請求項1に記載のベイナイト鋼。
- Moの前記含有量が、0.70〜0.80質量%である、請求項1または2に記載のベイナイト鋼。
- Crの前記含有量が、1.20〜1.25質量%である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のベイナイト鋼。
- Vの前記含有量が、0.20〜0.30質量%である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のベイナイト鋼。
- Nの前記含有量が、0.008〜0.012質量%である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のベイナイト鋼。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の鋼を含む、削岩用構成要素(10、20、30)。
- 前記構成要素が、ドリルロッド(10)用のねじ切りされた雄型コネクタまたはねじ切りされた雌型コネクタ(20、30)である、請求項7に記載の構成要素。
- 前記構成要素が、ねじ切りされた雄型コネクタおよびねじ切りされた雌型コネクタ(20、30)を備えるドリルロッド(10)である、請求項7または8に記載の構成要素。
- 削岩用構成要素(10、20、30)を製造するための方法であって、
a.請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の鋼で、請求項7から9いずれか一項の記載の削岩用構成要素(10、20、30)を形成するステップと、
b.前記構成要素(10、20、30)をオーステナイト化温度まで加熱するステップと、
c.前記構成要素(10、20、30)を、所定の時間、炭素含有雰囲気中にオーステナイト化温度で保つステップと、
d.前記構成要素を冷却するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記構成要素が900〜1000℃の温度まで加熱される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素がCOおよびH2の雰囲気中で加熱される、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素が3〜6時間加熱される、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素が、空気中で冷却される、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 地上で空気冷却トップハンマ掘削中に、ドリルロッド用の表面硬化されたコネクタに、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のベイナイト鋼を使用する方法。
