Claims (4)
- 製炭炉に設けられている木炭ガス取出し口に縦向きの配置となる木炭ガス取出し管の下
端を接続し、下端部に一段目分留液の取出し口を有するこの木炭ガス取出し管の上部に分留管の上部を接続横管を介して接続し、前記木炭ガス取出し管の内部において内部に流れる木炭ガスを空冷してその木炭ガスに含まれるススと油分を分留し、その後、木炭ガス取出し管から分留管に流れる木炭ガスを分留管の内部においてその木炭ガスの温度低下により乾溜ガスと木酢液に気液分留し、木酢液を前記分留管から取出して回収し、乾溜ガスを製炭炉の燃料ガスとして使用する木酢液の抽出方法。 - 製炭炉に設けられている木炭ガス取出し口に下端が接続された縦向き配置の木炭ガス取出し管と、下端部に一段目分留液の取出し口を有するこの木炭ガス取出し管の上部に上部が接続横管を介して接続された、木炭ガスを乾溜ガスと木酢液に気液分留する分留管と、この分留管の下部の異なる位置にそれぞれ設けられた木酢液の取出し口と乾溜ガスの取出し口を備え、前記木炭ガス取出し管は、下端が傾斜板で閉鎖され、その傾斜板を貫通して内部に木炭ガスの入り口が突設された構造を有していて内部に流れる木炭ガスを空冷してその木炭ガスに含まれるススと油分を分留する機能を備える木酢液の抽出装置。
- 上記分留管が所定の間隔で並べて複数本設けられ、各分留管は、下部位置と上部位置が接続横管を介して交互に接続されて最終位置の分留管にまで木炭ガスが流れるようになっており、前記各分留管が下端部に木酢液の取出し口を備え、最終位置の分留管がさらに乾溜ガスの取出し口を備えた請求項2に記載の木酢液の抽出装置。
- 上記分留管内に、両端が分留管の上端から外部に引き出され、内部に冷却流体が流されることで、分留管内を流動する木炭ガスを冷やす熱交換パイプが組み込まれた請求項2又は3に記載の木酢液の抽出装置。
