Claims (15)
- 出発物質を気相まで加熱し、形成された蒸気を精留し、精製された油を精留塔のオフテイクから凝縮物として除去する、汚染された廃油を精製する方法であって、
廃油を出発原料とし、出発原料をその溶融温度が蒸発温度より高く廃油の着火温度未満の溶融浴(19)に少なくとも間接的に接触させて蒸発させ、その蒸気を精留塔(6)で精留することを特徴とする、前記方法。 - 原料を溶融浴(19)に直接供給することによってフラッシュ蒸発を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 出発材料が、直接接続せずに溶融浴(19)を通過させ、熱伝導性の接続を介して、溶融浴(19)に間接的に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶融浴(19)として液体金属が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属として錫または鉛が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 凝縮物が新たな精留に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 主反応器(5)とそれに接続された精留塔(6)を有する、汚染された廃油を精製する装置であって、主反応器(5)が、反応器室(34)が溶融浴材料(19)で満たされている溶融浴蒸発器として設計されておち、その融解温度が廃油の蒸発温度より高くで点火温度未満であり、反応器室(34)には加熱装置(20)が設けられており、反応器(5)には廃油の入口(17)が配置されていることを特徴とする前記装置。
- 反応器(5)への入口(17)が溶融浴(19)に直接形成されていることで、廃油と溶融浴(19)との間の直接的な熱伝導接続が反応器室で実現されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 溶融浴(19)の上方に、蒸気の流れ方向(24)に互いの背後に位置するバッフルプレート(25)が導入され、これらのバッフルプレート(25)の各々が横方向の開口部(26)を有し、これらの開口部は、蒸気の流れ方向に互いに重なって位置することなく、互いに覆い合うようにオフセットされていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- バッフルプレートが主反応器(5)の反応器室に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 廃油と溶融浴(19)との間に、廃油が溶融浴(19)から分離される仕切りを設けることによって、廃油と溶融浴(19)との間の間接的な熱伝導の接続が反応器室(34)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 熱交換器(35)が主反応器(5)の反応器室(34)に導入され、前記熱交換器(35)は入口と出口を有し、入口は廃油のための入口を形成し、その出口は精留塔(6)の入口に開口することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 精留塔(6)に面した側に入口が配置され、精留塔から離れた主反応器(5)の側に出口が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 熱交換器(35)が、一方の側(38)が入口を形成し、他方の側(39)が出口を形成する管として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 管が螺旋状に巻かれていることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の装置。
