Description
(ホルムアルデヒド、アセトアルデヒドガス測定方法)
前記ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物から構成される100mm×40mm×2mmの試験片2枚を、65℃、2時間の条件で処理したときに、発生するホルムアルデヒドガス排出量、アセトアルデヒドガス排出量を測定する。
本発明の樹脂成形体は上述の成分を含む樹脂組成物を、一般的な成形方法で成形してなる。成形方法としては、例えば、射出成形法、押出成形法が挙げられる。以下、本発明の樹脂成形体の製造方法について、押出成形機を用いる場合を例に説明する。
本発明の樹脂成形体は、アセトアルデヒドの含有量、ホルムアルデヒドの含有量が非常に少ない。具体的には、下記の方法で測定したホルムアルデヒド排出量が0.10μg以下、アセトアルデヒドの排出量が0.15μg以下である。
(測定方法)
ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物から構成される100mm×40mm×2mmの試験片2枚を、65℃という条件で2時間処理したときに、発生するアセトアルデヒドガス排出量、ホルムアルデヒドガス排出量を測定する。より具体的には実施例に記載の通りである。
(ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂)
テレフタル酸と1,4−ブタンジオールとの重縮合体、固有粘度(IV)が0.69、ウィンテックポリマー社製「ジュラネックス 300FP」
(ウレイド基を有する窒素含有化合物)
アラントイン、東京化成社製
(ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤)
テトラキス[メチレン−3−(3,5−ジ−t−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート]メタン
(リン系安定剤)
ビス(2,6−ジ−t−ブチル−4−メチルフェニル)ペンタエリスリトールジフォスファイト
(ガラス繊維)
繊維長400μm、平均繊維径φ10、日東紡社製、商品名「CSF3PE−941」
表1に示す成分を表1に示す割合(単位は質量%)で混合したものを原料とし、この原料を二軸押出機(JSW製、TEX−30)に投入した。下記の条件にて、上記原料を溶融混練してポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物を製造した。溶融混練されたポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物を、孔径4mmの円形の吐出孔を備える二軸押出機の先端のダイからストランド状に吐出し、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物のストランドが冷却された後に、ストランドを3mm長に切断して、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物のペレットを得た。
(溶融混練条件)
シリンダー温度:260℃
スクリュー回転数:130rpm
押出量:12kg/hr
ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物のペレットを140℃の恒温機内で3時間保持し、ペレットを乾燥した。乾燥させたペレットを用いて、射出成形機(JSW製、J75EP)により、100mm×40mm×2mmの試験片を成形した。
(射出成形条件)
シリンダー温度:250℃
金型温度:60℃
射出速度:16.7mm/秒
実施例及び比較例のペレットから発生するアセトアルデヒドガスの量、ホルムアルデヒドガスの量を、以下の方法で評価した。
(i)射出成形によって成形した試験片2枚を容積10Lのテドラーバッグに封入し、バッグに含まれる空気を真空ポンプにて除去した後、テドラーバッグに純窒素ガス4Lを充填し、テドラーバッグのコックを閉じた。テドラーバッグをオーブンの中に入れ、コックの先にサンプリング用テフロン(登録商標)チューブを取り付けてオーブンの外まで延ばし、この状態で65℃、2時間加熱処理を行った。この加熱処理で試料ガスを作製した。
(ii)上記(i)で作製した試料ガスを、65℃の加熱状態で、2,4−ジニトロフェニルヒドラジン(2,4−Dinitrophenylhydrazine(略称:DNPH))カートリッジに3L採取した。採取後のカートリッジはアセトニトリルで溶出処理を行い、得られた溶出液を高速液体クロマトグラフ(HPLC;Waters製、型式:Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography Aquiy)を用いて、溶出した成分のアセトアルデヒド排出量、ホルムアルデヒド排出量を測定した。排出量算出は、アルデヒド・ケトンーDNPH標準混合試料ERA―028を標準溶液として、サンプルのピーク面積から導出した。導出結果を表1に示した。
実施例1〜5、比較例1〜3について、121℃/2気圧のプレッシャークッカー試験機に0時間(試験機に投入する前であることを指す)、20時間、40時間暴露した後、ISO527に準拠して、引張強さ(MPa)、引張強さ保持率(%)、引張り破壊歪(%)を測定し、耐加水分解性を評価した。なお、用いた試験片はISO3167に準拠して製造したものである。測定結果を表2に示した。
実施例1〜5、比較例1〜3について、180℃の熱風オーブン中で所定時間(表3に記載)加熱処理した後、ISO527に準拠して、引張強さ(MPa)、引張強さ保持率(%)、引張り破壊歪(%)、引張り破壊歪保持率(%)を測定し、さらに、色相の変化(ΔE)を確認した。結果を表3に示した。なお、色相の変化は、日本電色工業(株)製のZ−300A型カラーセンサーを用いた。
Claims (4)
- ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂と、ウレイド基を有する窒素含有化合物と、から構成され、
前記窒素含有化合物の含有量が、0.04質量%以上0.4質量%以下であり、
下記の方法で測定されるホルムアルデヒドガス排出量が0.10μg以下、アセトアルデヒドガス排出量が0.15μg以下である樹脂成形体。

ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物から構成される100mm×40mm×2mmの試験片2枚を、65℃、2時間の条件で処理したときに、発生するホルムアルデヒドガス排出量、アセトアルデヒドガス排出量を測定する。 - 前記窒素含有化合物は、アラントインである請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体。
- ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤及び/又はリン系安定剤を含む請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂成形体。
- 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の樹脂成形体から構成される自動車内装部品。
