Description
42〜45原子パーセントのアルミニウムと、
3〜8原子パーセントのニオブと、
0.2〜3原子パーセントのモリブデン及び/またはマンガンと、
0.1〜1原子パーセントの、また好ましくは0.1〜0.5原子パーセントの、ホウ素及び/または炭素及び/またはケイ素と、
残余のチタンと、
から成る組成を有するものとすることが望ましい。
Claims (11)
- チタン−アルミニウム系合金材料において、
前記材料が、
42〜45原子パーセントのアルミニウムと、
3〜8原子パーセントのニオブと、
0.2〜3原子パーセントのモリブデン及び/またはマンガンと、
0.1〜1原子パーセントのホウ素及び/または炭素及び/またはケイ素と、
残余のチタンと、
から成る組成を有し、
a)該材料は、室温領域において、β/B2−Ti相と、α2−Ti3Al相と、γ−TiAl相とを含み、β/B2−Ti相の割合は最大で5体積パーセントであり、
b)該材料は、共析温度領域において、β/B2−Ti相と、α2−Ti3Al相と、γ−TiAl相とを含み、β/B2−Ti相の割合は最小で10体積パーセントである、
ことを特徴とするチタン−アルミニウム系合金材料。 - 室温領域における体心立方構造のβ/B2−Ti相の割合が5体積パーセントより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1記載のチタン−アルミニウム系合金材料。
- 共析温度領域における体心立方構造のβ/B2−Ti相の割合が10体積パーセントより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のチタン−アルミニウム系合金材料。
- 共析温度領域において、β−Ti相と、α2−Ti3Al相と、γ−TiAl相とが熱力学的平衡状態にあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載のチタン−アルミニウム系合金材料。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載のチタン−アルミニウム系合金材料から成ることを特徴とするガスタービン構成部品。
- ガスタービン構成部品の製造方法において、
a)請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載のチタン−アルミニウム系合金材料から成る半製品を用意するステップと、
b)Teを前記材料の共析温度、Tαを前記材料のα変態温度とするとき、Te−50KからTα+100Kまでの温度範囲内の成形温度で前記材料から成る前記半製品に鍛造を施してガスタービン構成部品とするステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも1m/sの成形速度で前記鍛造を施すことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記鍛造の後に熱処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の方法。
- 前記半製品として鋳造半製品を用いることを特徴とする請求項6乃至8の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載のチタン−アルミニウム系合金材料を材料とし、請求項6乃至9の何れか1項記載の方法により製造することを特徴とするガスタービン構成部品の製造方法。
- 前記ガスタービン構成部品はタービンブレードであり、該タービンブレードの翼体部領域には、耐クリープ性の大きい粗粒組織とするために単一鍛造を施し、該タービンブレードの翼根部領域には、靱性の大きい細粒組織とするために多数回鍛造を施すことを特徴とする請求項10記載のガスタービン構成部品の製造方法。
