さらにリフレクタを備え、該リフレクタにより、前記モジュールのうちの1つによって放射された光線が、当該灯具の出射開口へ変向されるようになっている、

前記LEDのうちの少なくとも幾つかのLEDと、前記出射開口との間に、光学系が設けられており、該光学系によって、前記LEDの光線が、所定のターゲット面に設けられた規定の構造体へ集束されることを特徴とする灯具
により解決される。
Claims (12)
- 灯具であって、
それぞれモジュール面にわたって分配された多数のLED(3)を備えた第1のモジュール(1)と少なくとも1つの第2のモジュール(1)とを備え、
前記モジュール(1)は、損失熱を導出するために少なくとも1つの冷却体(2)に配置されており、
さらに1つのリフレクタ(5)を備え、該リフレクタ(5,5a,5b)により、前記モジュール(1)のうちの1つによって放射された光線が、当該灯具の出射開口(6)へ変向されるようになっている、
灯具において、
前記LED(3)のうちの少なくとも幾つかのLED(3)と、前記出射開口(6)との間に、光学系(8,9,11,12)が設けられており、該光学系(8,9,11,12)によって、前記LED(3)の光線が、所定のターゲット面(10)に設けられた規定の構造体へ集束されるようになっており、前記第1及び第2のモジュール(1)は、互いに逆向きの放射方向を有して互いに向かい合っていて、前記リフレクタ(5,5a,5b)は、前記第1と第2のモジュール(1)の間に配置されていて、該第1と第2のモジュール(1)からの光線を前記出射開口(6)へ変向させており、前記規定の構造体が、真っ直ぐな線として形成されており、当該灯具が、前記真っ直ぐな線に対して平行に長手方向に延在されていて、該方向に、長手方向に対して直角な高さ方向における灯具の構成高さの少なくとも2倍である長さを有しており、前記リフレクタ(5a,5b)が、前記モジュール(1)に対して30〜60°の角度を成して配置されており、前記構造体における照射強さが、少なくとも2W/cm 2 であることを特徴とする灯具。 - 前記光学系が、放射された光線を集束させるための一次光学系(8,9)を有しており、該一次光学系(8,9)が、直接に前記LED(3)上に配置されている、請求項1記載の灯具。
- 前記一次光学系(8,9)が、前記モジュール(1)に被着された透明なポリマ層として形成されており、該ポリマ層が、少なくとも複数の前記LED(3)に一体に被さっている、請求項2記載の灯具。
- 前記光学系が、二次光学系(11)を有しており、該二次光学系(11)が、1つのモジュール(1)から空間的に分離されて光線のビーム路に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の灯具。
- 前記二次光学系(11,12)が、透明なポリマ層として透明な基板(13)上に形成されている、請求項4記載の灯具。
- 前記光学系が、少なくとも1つの円柱レンズ(12)を有しており、該円柱レンズ(12)によって、一列に配置された多数の前記LED(3)の光線が集束される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の灯具。
- 前記LED(3)により発せられた光線の少なくとも50%が、470nmよりも低い波長領域にある、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の灯具。
- 前記LED(3)により発せられた光線の少なくとも50%が、780nmよりも高い波長領域にある、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の灯具。
- 前記冷却体(2)へ引き渡された熱量が、液状の冷却媒体を介して吸収される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の灯具。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の灯具を有する、被覆体を乾燥させるための装置。
- 乾燥させたい被覆体を備えた面状の基板と、前記灯具とが、搬送方向で互いに対して運動可能であり、前記灯具が、横方向で前記基板の幅にわたって延びていて、かつ規定の間隔を置いて前記基板の上方に配置されている、請求項10記載の装置。
- 特に印刷法で、被覆体を乾燥させるための、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の灯具の使用。
